My teary eyes opened wide, as I watched as Drake bit down onto his own wrist. The way he held it out to me in offering, I wanted to take a step towards him. But I remained in my place. His deep red blood was oddly alluring the way it dripped down his pale skin.

"Then bond yourself with me, become mine for eternity. Once you drink my blood, nothing can ever separate us. With the blood of a pure blood running through your veins, you will never age. We will be together for thousands of years to come Erin." My heart screamed for me to rush to him, to take the blood he offered, to be his forever. However my head stopped me from moving. "Like I said, you will move on from me."

With a quiet shaking voice, I know he heard my weak whisper. "Don't do this Drake, please." The thought of him leaving me forever, it scared me more than anything else.

"How I will never forget your beautiful face." Whispering to me, he gave me one last kiss. "I love you Erin Stone."

"Drake!" My body finally moved the moment his body jumped from my window and landed on the ground below. Watching him walk away from me, and never once looking back pained my heart. "DRAKE!"

The stabbing pain grew more painful with each step he took. As his silhouette disappeared into the darkness of night, I collapsed to the floor. Once morning comes, I would only have nine days left before I lost this man completely.

"He won't come back to me." Whispering this pans my heart even more, as I saw the look in his deep crimson eyes. This was him saying goodbye, forever. He wanted to share my bed with me at least once before he lost the chance too. I wanted nothing more than for that as well to happen. After all the many nights he has pleasured me, I wanted to give him my entire body. I wanted to know what it would be like to make love with my Vampire. My eyes suddenly open wide.

"Silvia!" Jumping to my feet, I rush from the bedroom ready to kill her.

Rushing along the hallway, I hurry down the stairs. Racing through the house I run into the living room in rage, though once I see my younger sister I froze.

"Mom, d-dad." She sat on the couch crying, as she hugged a framed photo to her chest.

"Silvia." Her dark green eyes raised up and met mine. "I told you not to come here." Muttering I push my blonde hair from my face, as I walk to sit beside her. "I knew you being here would cause you nothing but pain." My own eyes land on the photo that she held. It was of both our parents, plus the two of us as young kids.

"I missed you Erin, you hardly ever called me since you came here."

At her words, guilt hit me hard. She was right, since I came here, since I met Drake. He has been the only thing on my mind.

"So, who was he?" She asked quietly, while she placed the photo on the coffee table. "Did he rush out because of me?" Oh did my cheeks burn red at her questions. "Erin? You're blushing." She looked at me, smiling softly. "I never knew you were into guys, you only ever dated girls in the city."

"Yah." Mumbling I rub at the side of my neck nervously.

"Are you two serious?"

Should have known she would want all the goods, after she saw Drake and me together. "Silvia, would you hate me if I said yes?"

Shaking her head she smiled. "I could never hate you. Though I don't think I will be able to apologize enough. I seemed to have arrived at a very bad time." With her own words, her own face blushed pink, while mine went a deeper red.

"Yah." Grumbling I nudge her playfully. "Couldn't have waited for the morning to come, could you?"

"Well you never told me about him, so I didn't expect to find you with a guy. He was very handsome though. I mean, he has that whole sexy goth vibe going for him." I could feel the smile tugging at the corner of my lips. "Do you love him?"
