Finishing up my song, my green eyes gazed upon the piano keys my hands now only rest on. It has been so long since I last played, this reminded me of how much I enjoyed it. Lately I just have been so focused on writing my books, and now with my parents deaths. Playing the piano got pushed aside, to the very back of my mind.

Lifting my gaze, I noticed Drake stood from the couch as he approached me slowly. Gulping I fidget nervously where I sat. Did he enjoy it? Did he hate it? Standing up, I eagerly awaited to hear his thoughts.

"Erin Stone." He whispered my name, in such a deep alluring tone. My blonde hair fell across my eyes, as his large warm hands took my face gently in theirs.

"D-drake?" His name left my lips, in the softest of whispers.

Deep crimson eyes gazed into my own green ones, which remained half hidden behind my hair. His look was so intense, the deepness of his gaze caused my cheeks alone to heat up. The room around us was pushed from my thoughts, as I only focused on this sexy vampire before me. Watching as he leaned down my heart pounded, and I swore it almost broke free from my rib cage as his lips took mine in a passionate kiss. We stood there kissing, only to break a part as a playful chuckle sounded in the room.

Logan was smiling happily, however he was looking off to the side. Whereas Hayden had a grin on his lips, as he looked upon us. Xavier however, was deep red in the face as he looked off.

Wait, he can read minds right? Did he just...

"No! No I did not!" Xavier blurted out, as he clearly just answered my unspoken question. "I can't control it all the time!" He huffed as he scooped up Hazel, and rushed madly from the room.

Oh was my face an even deeper shade of blush now.

"Poor Xavier." Hayden chuckled. "We could all imagine what was going through your mind just now Drake. But our poor baby cousin just had to actually hear it for himself." Hayden's chuckle grew into a laugh, only to shut his mouth quickly when Drake sent him a sharp glare.

Drake suddenly took my hand in his, as he started to pull me from the living area. "Let's go." He grumbled deeply.

My face still red, I look up at my vampire. "Where are we going?"

"Anywhere, that they aren't." He muttered under his breath, as I smiled shyly.

"The sun is down, we could." God I hated how much I was blushing at this moment. "Go to my place." My soft whisper, left Drake to freeze in mid step. "I mean, we would be along there. Your cousins wouldn't be around."

My words were definitely running through his mind. "Let's go there then." Then without a second thought, he was leading me to the main door of the cabin.

As we walked through the trees of the forest, I guess you couldn't even call it walking. Drake was walking fine, myself however kept tripping and stumbling over the dark forest floor. "It's so dark Drake, how can you even see where we are going?" I asked as my foot tripped over another rock yet again.

"Don't forget Erin. I live my life in the darkness." He spoke with slight amusement on his tongue.

"Rig..ah!" I tripped once again, and found myself falling forward. Drake however made quick work of wrapping his arms around my body, to keep me upright. "T-thanks."

"This area of forest is very overgrown. This will make it easier." He mumbled as I suddenly found myself no longer standing on the damp forest ground. But in the arms of Drake himself. He held me with such ease, I felt my face blush madly while I now rested against his strong chest.

This is how we traveled the rest of the forest. My body in his arms, as a silence fell upon us. Though it was far from an uncomfortable silence, I didn't exactly hate it.
