"Okay, so what is your last name?" The man asked us as he was putting microphones on us. Al went still and looked at me slightly panicked.
"Lake! We're the Lakes," I answered realizing that Al doesn't have a last name.
"That's a cool last name," a young lady with bright blue hair said as she typed it into a tablet.
"Thank you," I replied. Al tensed suddenly when one of the people strapping his microphone touched him. I could see him fighting with his wolf so he wouldn't attack the crew.
"What is your name sir?" the lady asked Al. Al blinked then looked at me and I gave him a nod of encouragement.
"Al," he said curtly.
"Alright, does it stand for Allen or something?" A man asked looking at us curiously.
"Something like that," my mate answered with a smirk.
"And yours?" The lady asked me.
"Zylee," I answered. The lady paused, her grey eyes looking stumped. "It's spelled Rylee, but with a z instead of an r," I told him making her give me a grateful look. She typed it into her tablet then showed it to me for confirmation.
"Yeah that's it," I told her with a smile. She nodded her head then motioned to the people to finish putting my microphone on. The team finished putting the microphones on Al and I then pushed us onto a stage.
There was a small crowd off of the red and pink decorated stage. They watched us in awed silence then someone in the crowd blurted out, "Holy crap they are attractive!"
I grabbed Al's arm not feeling comfortable with all the women in the room eyeing him. He must have felt the same since he pulled me into his arms and held me tightly.
"So your booth is on the far right," the lady with blue hair told us. We both nodded and in a daze made our way to the pink and red decorated booth with hearts surrounding it.
"Hi, we're the Browns! I'm Jenelle and this is my husband Freddy," the reddish brownish-haired woman next to us introduced herself.
"Hi, we're the Lakes. I'm Al and this is my wife Zylee," Al smoothly lied to the woman. I like him calling me his wife. I could get used to this.
"We're the Carraways. I'm Trevor and this is my wife Isabella," The man with bushy dark eyebrows from the farthest couple booth told us. We nodded and were about to introduce ourselves again when the host came on stage.
"Alright, couples are you ready? And..." the host said but then drifted off when he saw Al.
"Hello John," Al greeted with a smile. John looked at the crowd than at the other human couples and just nodded.
"Let's start the game shall we," John suggested a bit flustered.
'Werewolf?' I asked Al in a mind link.
'Yep,' Al answered. I guess unexpectedly seeing your king can throw you off a bit.
"We're on the air in three... two," a man behind the camera with a headset announced then pointed to the host.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen this is Love Knows and I'm your host John Daily. Let's meet our couples today," he said then walked the farthest from us to the Carraway couple, "Hello do you care to introduce yourselves?"
"We're the Carraways, we've been married for about three years now, we're from North Carolina," Isabella told the audience.
"And you are little lady?" John asked her with a standard Hollywood smile.
