Al and I shifted into our wolves so we could get to my old cabin. His black wolf ran beside my gray wolf as we dodged between trees. Finally, my old cabin came into view and I stopped running. Al lurched forward and I had to bite his tail to keep him from falling. I shifted back to my human form and put all of my clothes back on. My knife was still inside my sock so I had to be careful as I put it back on. Al shifted back and I watched him with dismay as he put his clothes back on.

"When we get home I'm going to burn those clothes," I told him in a whisper.

Al's eyebrow quirked up in confusion and he asked, "Ummm why?"

"I hate them," I answered as I looked at his now-covered abs.

He cupped my face with his hand then told me, "Now is not the time for you to be saying stuff like that." He quickly pecked my lips and I grabbed his hand that was at my face. He tried to leave but I pulled him back to me and kissed him.

I kissed him hard and sparks flowed between us. When we finally pulled away I looked into his golden eyes. "I love," I started to say but then stopped, "I love the things you say."

He smiled at me widely and stroked my cheek. "I love you too," he told me.

Without waiting for my reaction or answer Al dropped his hold on me and ran towards the cabin. I watched his back as he entered my cabin.

'He's in the bathroom. Where is the first bomb?' Al mind linked me like he hadn't just said I love you right before this. I shook my head to get my mind to focus on the problem at hand.

'It's in the light bulb closest to the front door,' I told him.

'The one in the ceiling?' He asked.

'Yes,' I replied. There was a couple of minutes where I was just standing by the tree line waiting for Al to mind link me back.

'We have a problem. The bomb isn't here,' he told me.

'Damn it!' I shot back.

'Where's the next one?' Al asked.

'No, if he found that one, then he found all of them. At this point we either need to find where he had all of them or get both of you out of there now,' I told him.

'Alright. Where would you put a bunch of bombs that you had found hidden throughout your sibling's old home?' Al asked me.

'Garage or bathroom tub,' I answered immediately.

'Does this place have a garage?' Al asked.

'No,' I answered.

'And he's in the bathroom right now,' He replied.

'Might be the perfect time. Surprise him then get out fast,' I told him.

'I'll do it now,' Al mind-linked. I heard a loud banging sound coming from inside the house a few seconds later. After a few seconds, the wall closest to me in the cabin suddenly had a huge hole in it. I could see Al and Tyler wrestling on the ground.

I surged forward trying to evaluate what was going on. My brother's blue eyes shifted to me for a split second and he gave me a crazed smirk. His eyes were devoid of their usual light. Jessica was right, he's different.

"Look, two freaks for me to kill. But wait... is that a heartbeat I hear? I guess it's technically three freaks then," Tyler said as he started to cackle. He's lost his mind.

"Tyler! You need to stop this! Think about Jessica! She's worried about you!" I yelled at him.

"Zylee! Leave!" Al commanded me as he tried to hold down Tyler.
