Should he be worried? Scared? Or something? He was unsure of how to feel. Angel was just on this bed two days ago with him and they had the best time he's ever had. Now he's scared. What if she didn't want to be with him anymore? What if he wasn't good enough? He was unsure that the "almighty Angel" was in the same position or even worse. He doesn't want to be seen as a loser, what is this feeling? He kept asking himself.

What if Tristan isn't interested in her anymore? What if this was all he wanted all along? He could just be another jerk again right? But he has done so much for her. Is she overthinking things?

•••••••••••

They both had questions running through their heads.

"Earth to Angel" her mom tapped the table causing her to jerk and return to reality.

"Are you okay Angel? You zoned off completely." Her mom said again and Angel cleared her throat quickly.

"Sorry, what were you saying?" She asked fidgeting the fork on her hand as she plays with her dinner.

"I said, we're going together to see Mr. David. I can't wait for you to meet the family" Her mom replied happily

"What's so special about me meeting them anyways? I hate traveling with you two. Because you make it all about business and no fun" Angel complained.

Her parents laugh "I assure you, this journey will be thrilling and very very interesting trust me" Her father replied and she sighs.

This is the usual words. They always claim it would be interesting but it never is.

They finish breakfast and Angel headed for school.

On getting to school, she met Tristan sitting on the stairs leading to the hallway and she smiled. Tristan was finally in school today and that made Angel happy

"Well, you're early" Tristan speaks and she chuckles.

"Yeah. I wasn't expecting to meet anyone this early though" she said with a raised brows.

"Yeah. Me neither"

She takes a seat beside Tristan.

"So........." Angel said and before Tristan could say anything Angel's bodyguard cleared his throat and that caused Angel to roll her eyes.

"I have a big problem you see" she said, gesturing her head towards Jordan, her bodyguard.

"Wait, you have a new babysitter?" Tristan asks with furrowed brows.

"Well yeah" she replies with a sighs.

"Ouch how could you replace me so easily?" Tristan said, pretending to be hurt by placing his hand on his chest making Angel laugh.

She stood up and Tristan followed.

"You're irreplaceable Tris" Angel replied with a wink and she began to walk inside the hallway.

That lightened Tristan's mood as he followed. He kept smiling ear to ear.

Tristan was asked to keep his distance from Angel by Jordan. Who was making it difficult for the two lovebirds to have a moment alone.

••••••••••••••

In class, Tristan thought of a naughty idea and he smirked. Picking up a sheet of paper, he wrote "Wanna ditch school and go somewhere fun?" He folded it and passed it to a student who passed it to another and then finally to Angel.
