I made my way towards the front gate and entered the school.

The same chaos as always but as they saw me, there was a fear in their eyes. They were expecting Jack to show up but when he didn't, there was a sign of relaxation in them.

I silently made my way towards the class.

On my way, Ash joined me.

"Hi, Bella. I noticed the  bully I mean your brother isn't around," he muttered.

"No, he is around and keeping an eye on me from far."

"Are you kidding me?"

"Nope."

He glanced at me and then moved away.

"Who are you?" he said, making that innocent lost baby face.

"I was kidding. Jack is absent today."

He sighed as relaxed as a sugar cube dissolving in a cup of hot tea.

"Is Dylan still angry?"

"Yes, he is. But don't worry. I know him, he can't get angry," he assured and his habit of blabbering returned. "Just one more day and he will forget everything about yesterday."

"Are you sure?"

"Yup."

Entering our classroom, I took my seat only to find Ash looking at me with his lips parted as if he wanted to say something.

"Do you wanna say anything?"

"Since your brother is absent, you can sit with us."

"Yeah but do you have a place there?"

"Umm... No".

"You can do one thing and sit beside me."

"And the other three?" He raised his eyebrows.

"They can sit behind us."

"But where's the place to sit?"

"I will arrange," I replied, grinning.

I marched towards the girls who were sitting behind me.

"Go and sit somewhere else," I commanded.

"Why will we change our seat?" They questioned.

"Because I want you to.”

"We are not your servants," They argued.

"Jack wants some servants. Should I tell him about you all?"

"No please don't tell him. We're going."

"Great!" I exclaimed.

So hypocritical of me to do this.

By that time, Ash's eyes opened again. It was a stare that communicated about his shocked state. The only thing that moved was his jaw that dropped.

"Hello." I waved my hand in front of his eyes.

"For the first time, I felt you are Jackson Walker's own sister."

"I surely am".

I kept my backpack at a side, making place for him to sit.

There was space for two people to sit at one bench.

"I thought you all came to school together," I blurted.

"Yes, we do come together usually, but today we didn't," he replied, running his hand into his hair.

"Why?"
