Egos flying around like in a flurry,
When pride brings an abrupt end to the story,
Is it too late now to say sorry?

Bloodshot eyes downcast with evidence of worry,
When ambition clouds the mind and make it blurry,
Is it still too late to say sorry?

Emotions weighed down like a loaded lorry,
With love drastically changing to hate in a hurry,
Is it ever too late to say sorry?
Is it actually too late to say sorry?
In a world where everything is all about scurry,
With temper taking the form of rage and fury,
Is it still too late to ever say sorry?
