DREAM CRASHERS
It's so funny how talents have been quickly replaced by slots,
No chance for talent holders to even shoot their shots,
Irrespective of the additional opportunities education supplies,
Talent killers keep making out of them small fries.
How else do you want people to be motivated?
When all you do is make their efforts look wasted,
You lay out abysmal requirements for them to meet up with,
Only to give shots to those that are not worth every single bit.
You kill dreams before talents are ever realized,
An act of barbarism for a world so civilized,
If talents and dream are not so important,
Why then does leaving your current position for good makes you feel reluctant?
Learn to give everyone a chance to showcase what they have,
Give them the opportunity to showcase the image they want to carve,
Let your level of honesty be held higher up the ladder,
Let those unwilling to meet up with your requirements work better and extremely harder.
