BEWARE! THE EATER OF WORLDS COMETH
Like flashes of lightning they took to their heels,
Those in their different vehicles scrambled madly with the wheels,
My thoughts about what could have gone wrong became very hard,
Why does it look like everyone has gone mad?
I still wasn't sure what could have caused this scramble,
I stood on the hilltop watching the trees wail as I chose the option to mumble,
With the people scrambling around and the trees uncontrollably wailing,
What's coming must definitely be compelling.
I spread my wings and took to the sky to know if I was safe or not,
People had become so entangled in their scrambles it'd be hard to free them from the knot,
A sudden wave hit me from behind with great contraction,
It was too late as I turned around to find myself at the mercies of the mouth of destruction.
I opened my eyes in the cold dark night at the mercy of my bed,
Searching for answers as a lot ran around in my head,
Confused as anyone else would be I heard the warning of a voice,
"Beware of the eater of worlds who sees the treachery and madness of your world and rejoice!".
