THE CHRONICLES OF FEAR
That feeling of anxiety and fright,
Raising the heart so high like it is in flight,
Always in a state of pandemonium and distress,
Confused enough to even make a proper guess. The merchant of abysmal despair,
Throwing every state of mind into thin air,
Rolling in with chains of doubt and terror,
Filling the heart with cognitive gore and horror. The killer of beaming morale and high self-esteem,
Stretching the limit of the mind to the extreme,
Causing imbalances with its notable presence,
Crooked in a corner watching helpless souls lose their confidence. The eater of worlds,
The silent killer without swords,
Worth the hype and trademark scare,
Say hello to the dreaded FEAR!Temitope Omotoso
