AMEN
In amongst the asps and scorpions,
Where people care less about your opinions,
Where everything is toxic like chronic industrial waste,
Conquering wouldn't be a problem even if you decide to have a mouthful of taste. They say fear kills morale,
They lay claim about its bitter taste like dark ale,
Giving you reasons to pull back and re-strategize,
Yet you're going to stand your ground and hit them with the element of surprise.Prayer they say is divine,
Blasphemy makes it look like garbage for the swine,
With the world choosing to hide right between hypocrisy and lies,
Your prayers could be all you need to succeed right before their eyes.Do you believe in fright?
Do you think you are not getting things right?
Do you believe nothing works in your favor?
Relish the slightest of chances to use amen while you pray and leave the rest to whoever you believe is your savior.Temitope Omotoso
