SHATTERED REALITY
In a world filled with edibles and wine,
It's kind of crazy living in this mundane habitat of mine,
With levels switched from having enough to being in need,
It's virtual to say the life I'm living is actually not my deed.
Most people would never see your struggle,
Very few would be privileged to see your toggle,
With critics always ready to cast the first stone,
It's always hard for me shouldering my cross everywhere all alone.
Only if you've been there would you understand my pain,
The concept of this life is enough to drive you insane,
You actually ask yourself if the pain is worth the stress,
That's actually how I feel with this world a mess.
For those that have had to take steps back below like I,
It's not confident of me to say redemption is very easy to come by,
With the way it took a giant to come crumbling down in a heap,
It takes the heart of a lion like mine to bounce back and take a leap.
