Mallory woke up early and walked down the stairs for a cup of milk. It was just going to be six in the morning when she was heading back to her room and found Bellami sneaking into the house she had her heels in her hand and was holding up her dress so the crystals wouldn't make noise when she went up the stairs.
"You're awake?" Bellami asked Mallory. "Yeah I couldn't sleep" Mallory said to her as they walked up the stairs. Mallory stepped into Bellami's room and got into her bed as Bellami changed into her pajamas.
"Dimitri and Liam got in a fight last night" Mallory said to Bellami. "Really? Why?" Bellami asked as she removed her earrings.
"I have no idea, both of them were drunk so that was one of the reasons" Mallory drank her glass of milk. "So Ethan and you again?" Mallory asked Bellami.
"I might have slept with him last night but I don't know if we'll get back together" Bellami shrugged. "Did Dimi gift you the brooch?"
"What brooch?" Mallory frowned. "The Elizabeth Taylor brooch, he got it at the auction and was looking for you right after that. You should give him another chance Mal. I doubt anyone else will love you like he does" Bellami said and got into bed and closed her eyes.

Mallory walked towards their group of friends with her umbrella in hand since it was raining. She was wearing a skirt but her stockings went up to her thigh and were thick enough to keep her warm. "Good morning" Mallory smiled at them. "Hey" Bellami said to everyone as well. The only one who didn't answer to either of them was Dimitri who's cheek was still bruised but the cut was healing already.
Mallory had seen Liam earlier and it seemed like he was clean but he did have a small cut on his lip. Mallory's phone began ringing. "I have to answer I'll see you guys for lunch" Mallory smiled and walked away and she answered the call from her father. Once she was done speaking to him she walked to her art class.
She took her seat and looked besides her, Ezekiel wasn't in class yet. She sat in peace until she saw Ezekiel step in and sit beside her. However he didn't say anything to her which came to her as a surprise. She thought he would say something about the kiss at the ball but he didn't, he didn't even say good morning.
Mallory worked on a new assignment the professor had assigned that was a self portrait. She grabbed the sheet of paper and took out her pencils. She felt even more weird that Ezekiel hadn't said a word.
"So there's just days when all you want to do is talk and some where you act like I'm not sitting here?" Mallory looked at Ezekiel who looked up at her.
"What do you want to talk about?" Ezekiel raised his brow. He hadn't smiled once which was something new. "I don't" Mallory said and continued her work.
"You know what you did during the fight was stupid right? You could've got hurt stepping in between them when they were still swinging at each other" Ezekiel said. "Well it worked because you guys were just standing there just watching. Security had been called and I don't know if you know this but the Alderidges do as they please when they're in their property. The only victim was going to be Liam" Mallory answered
"Right" Ezekiel said and got back to doing his work. "And about what happened between us, it didn't happen" Mallory said to him. Ezekiel turned once again to look at her. "What happened between us?" Ezekiel frowned. "The kiss" Mallory said.
"What kiss?" Ezekiel raised his brow. "I'm glad you get the point" Mallory said and began doing her work. He was so serious that she actually believed he didn't remember or that it meant nothing to him. She thought to herself that it didn't mean anything to her either.
Ezekiel looked at Mallory from the corner of his eye and wanted to speak to her and apologize for the way he was acting earlier. "Mallory" he said just as the bell rang and she got up and ignored him.
Mallory decided not to have lunch with her friends and decided to head to the student lounge. She stopped by the cafe first and grabbed and ice coffee and a donut. Just as she was stepping out students walked into the cafe bumping into her. She spilled her coffee on her blouse. "I'm so sorry" one of the students said to her but she ignored him and left to her locker.
She opened up her locker and put her stuff away. She then made her way to the restroom where she tried cleaning up the stain. She put her blouse under the hand dryer and to her luck it was drying but it didn't dry enough before the bell rang.
She quickly put her blouse back on and hurried to her class. She took her seat besides Ezekiel. Jason turned and so did Dimitri when they saw her stained blouse. "Is that why you didn't have lunch with us?" Jason pointed to the still noticeable stain.
"It's exactly why." Mallory smiled. "You don't have an extra blouse in your locker?" Dimitri asked her. "Does it look like I carry a closet with me, no" Mallory said.
"Why didn't you call for someone to bring you another one?" Dimitri asked her. "I can live with it. Today simply wasn't my day" Mallory shrugged.
"Why do you say that?" Jason asked. Mallory slightly turned to Ezekiel who was on his phone as he waited for the professor to step in. "Nothing important"

Mallory and Bellami were waiting for their car when Liam, Ezekiel, and Devin walked by. It was the first time that Ezekiel saw Mallory and Bellami together.
"Look there's my girl" Liam smirked as he walked by them. "Do you want another busted lip?" Mallory said to him.
"I was speaking about Bellami" Liam winked at Bellami. She smiled and Mallory rolled her eyes. "She's my girl" Ethan came from behind and hugged Bellami.
"What's up dude" Liam greeted Ethan. "Mal do you want to come with us or should we drop you off first?" Bellami asked Mallory who thought they were both going home but Bellami was going out with Ethan.
"I can take her" Liam smiled. "Who's speaking to you?" Mallory frowned. "Why can't you call Marcus to send you another car?" Mallory asked Bellami. "We just made plans right now. Are you coming with us or not?" Bellami said as she pulled Ethan with her towards the car.
"I'll wait for Marcus to make a second trip" Mallory rolled her eyes and walked away. She decided to begin walking home which was far but it had stopped raining and she was hoping it wouldn't rain again. Bellami left with Ethan. Once Bellami was gone Ezekiel said goodbye to Devin and Liam and thought about catching up to Mallory.
He quickly got to his car and drove out of the school parking lot. He went the direction that he saw Mallory go and hoped to find her. When he spotted her he rolled down his window and asked her if she wanted a ride but she ignored him. Just as he asked her again his windshield began to cover up with small drops of water. "Come on you're going to get sick" Ezekiel opened his door. Mallory stopped and turned to look at him before deciding to step in.
"Only because it's starting to rain" Mallory said. "And because you didn't want to third wheel your sister and her boyfriend?" Ezekiel smirked.
"Are you in a hurry to get home?" He asked her. "Why?" Mallory frowned. "I have to stop for gas" He smiled.
They came to a stop at a pizza restaurant and Mallory turned to look at him. "They don't sell gas here" Mallory said. "I know" Ezekiel got off his car and Mallory watched him go to her side of the door. "Are you coming?" Ezekiel asked her. He walked to the door and held it open as he waited for Mallory to get off. She fixed her skirt before stepping into the restaurant with Ezekiel behind her.
"What kind of pizza do you like?" Ezekiel looked at the menu. "the ones that I don't have to eat with you" Mallory looked at him. "Pepperoni it is" Ezekiel smiled and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and two cups. He handed one to Mallory so she could chose her drink. She followed him and put sprite in her cup before taking a seat with him in a booth near the window.
