I put the flowers beside her tomb.

"Babe, I made it."

I looked at the sky and I was mesmerized by the cloud formations. There was a heart shaped in the middle of fish-like shaped clouds.

"Look at you. I was the one who top the boards so you should've given me flowers." I chuckled. "But it was the other way around."

I felt like I had a stiffed neck from having a long drive. I wasn't comfortable with me sitting while staring at the sky so I laid my back on the green grasses with my hands as a pillow on my head.

"Babe, I miss you. I miss you so much." I whispered.

Maybe she heard me because the wind around the place suddenly went cold, or it was just me?

"Babe. I wont be able to visit you for a while. I'll be in charge of Elly's christening party. Maybe it'll be great if you are here, you can help me out. However, I wont even be dared to be the sponsor of her party if you're still here, Im pretty sure of it. Your cousin was a manipulator, so was you. You can easily dodge her antics."

Whenever I visit her, I always have a new story to talk about because I know she'll love it. I will always spent hours here, story telling and one time, maybe because of exhaustion from a long drive, I fell asleep for almost an hour.

And it happened again, today!

A roamed my eyes around only to realize that it was near evening and I'll be late to my own party!

"See yah babe! Ill be back. I need to go now. I love you."

I kissed her cheeks on her picture before going to my car.

I drove for an hour before  reaching the venue.

Papasok palang ako ng pinto ng magulat ako sa halo-halong ingay ng sigaw at tunog ng mga party poppers.

"Congratulations, dude!"

"Congratulations, anak!"

"Congratulations!"

"Congratulations, Ice."

"Congratulations, Ninong!"

Sa lahat ng bumati, nangibabaw sa pandinig ko ang boses ni Elly.

I smiled at her while she run fast towards my direction. Kaya ang nangyari habang nagpapasalamat ako sa mga taong dumalo,  buhat buhat ko siya hanggang sa malibot namin ang buong venue sa hotel.

"Is my Princess Eleonor tired already?"

"No, Ninong. I am strong, I cant be tired that fast. Thats weak!"

I chuckled because whe was like her Tita. Tama nga lang na ipinangalan sakanya ay tulad sa pangalan nito.

"You are really the little version of your Tita Xierra."

"Why is that, Ninong? Is she pretty too?" She asked while pinching my cheeks with both of her tiny hands.

"Yes, baby. She is really beautiful."

"Ice, akin na yang batang yan! Naku talaga, sayo pa nagpa buhat e party mo to." Si Cleya, ang mama ni Jas Eleonor.

"Its okay, Cley."

"Hindi, akin na yan! Masyado nang spoiled e."

Wala akong nagawa ng kunin ni Cleya ang anak niya kahit maluha luha pa ang bata. Hinayaan ko nalang kasi siya ang nanay, alam  niya kung anong makakabuti pra kay Elly.

My eyes went on every person who enjoys their drinks and foods at the party.

"My eyes already saw different faces every day since the day that you left, but yours was still the best of all. You are still the prettiest for me. You will always be the most beautiful in my eyes, babe."

I wont cry anymore. I know it was hard for her too.

"Im sorry I cant grant your last wish to me, babe. I cant be with any other girl but you. Its still you babe and Im telling you now, theres no chance that I will ever lay my eyes to someone if its not you."

I drunk every drops on my wine glass before closing my eyes.

I'll just do my responsibilities as a person in this world and after that, I'll be able to come to you, babe. Wait for me until then.
