BIG REVEAL. IM EXCITED YALL

Evelyn woke up to the sound of laughter and the TV.

If I have to wake up to those boys one more time, I swear I'll kill them.

She got up in a sloth-like manner, walking into the bathroom and brushing her teeth.

Looking at herself in the mirror, she resisted the urge to pop the newly formed pimples.

She went and took a quick, hot shower before drying and brushing her hair.

After freshening up, Evelyn got dressed in a skirt and a casual T-shirt, for once picking a decent outfit by herself. Even if it was to stay inside.

Who needs an excuse to look nice?

She was greeted by her brother and the devil himself as she entered the living room. Lucifer. The devil. What a suited name.

She was exhausted from last night: staying out in the rain really took a toll on her.

She sneezed and scooted past the two boys with their legs stretched out. "Good morning Eve," Michael greeted her softly, trying to be precautious of the girl.

"Why is he here?" She groaned as she walked past Luke, sitting down next to her brother.

Evelyn curled up against him and tried to sleep. He put an arm on her shoulders and smiled at his sister.

"Well hello to you too, Thunder Thighs," Luke said, putting his hands behind his head and reclining on the couch. She sat up and glared at the boy.

"Bitchy bastard."

"Sloppy slut."

"Dumbass dick."

"Crusty Carter." Evelyn looked at him confused at the last one, putting her hand up at him to signal her incomprehension.

"That doesn't even make sense. You don't even know any Carters," Evelyn said in a bitchy tone, crossing her arms at the boy who just shrugged and continued to watch TV.

Michael held in a laugh at the two. Normally he'd butt in, but it was just too funny for him.

The doorbell was rung and Evelyn got up to answer it, not checking through the peephole. She knows she should, her dad and brother warned her of strangers, but she's not a child. If someone tried to kidnap her, she'd just scream really loud.

Her face was blank as she saw Patrick at the door, holding a box of chocolates and flowers.

"What are these for?" Evelyn asked as Patrick put a hand against the doorframe, leaning against her, his lips near her neck. He gave her a one-handed hug before pulling back to meet her hazel brown eyes. He was bent down a little to reach her, as her height required.

"Can't I get my girlfriend flowers and chocolate? And to answer your question, they are for yesterday. I'm sorry I missed our date," Evelyn rolled her eyes with a smile on her face and took them both, placing a kiss on his cheek. Of course, he was just busy yesterday.

She moved from the door to let him in and walked to the kitchen to fill a vase as Patrick closed the door behind him.

She took the vase and put it down carefully on a table. Her brother spoke, "You look happy. Who was at the door, and where did you get the roses?"

She was about to answer Michael's questions when he felt two hands cover her eyes.

"Guess who?" Patrick's low voice rumbled as she smiled, putting her hands over his.
