Chapter forty two

Luke's pov

Well fucking hell, I was beyond fuming and upset, we all were, I don't blame Ashton for walking out of the flat and I really hope the other two are okay "I've never been attacked like that!" Calum said and sat down beside me on the sofa, still in shock "you defended yourself though babe, you knocked the shit out of him and it was hot" I admitted and hoping it would help lighten the mood a little bit "I'm..I'm not not..I'm not.." Calum said with a blush "oh you are very hot" I said and kissed his cheek "I..I don't like getting like that..I'm sorry" Calum said and sighed "don't be sorry, it was self defence from all of us, they started it, they are in the wrong, not us" I said, I still couldn't believe they did that to us, it was homophobic abuse. "I just feel like a monster when I do it" "babe you aren't a monster, I know violence isn't a nice thing but we can't let them walk over us, we need to do something about this, we need to report them or something"  I said, I wasn't really sure what we could do to be honest and it's not like we had any proof either "I..I don't know..I don't want to seem like a baby but I hate telling on people, I just usually let them do whatever they want"  Calum said which made me frown "you can't let people walk over you your whole life Cal..make a change, I'll be with you every step of the way" "I'll try..I'm gonna try to change..I promise" Calum said and smiled "I'm proud of you" I said and gave him a kiss, thankful I could do this whenever I wanted now and loving the feeling of him kissing back "so..are you still..you know.. seeing Tyler?" Calum asked "yeah..what about you?" I asked back, trying to ignore the odd feeling of being watched, it's been a long day and I was probably just imagining things "yeah..not as often..I've not seen him for a few weeks. I'm supposed to be going tonight" "yeah me either.. you going to be alright seeing him tonight? you know you can always talk to me about your problems as well.." I said and stroked his back, I wanted him to know he could talk to me about everything and anything "I mean..I think so..I know I can, I know..same goes yeah? are you seeing him tonight?" Calum asked "good..and I know baby, yeah I've got a session later too, probably will bump into each other again" I said and chuckled at the fond encounter that happens whenever we have our sessions, Calum giggled "well..if that happens, I would not be mad" he said "me either baby" I said pecked his lips "I better go now..see you later?" Calum asked with a smile "definitely" I replied and placed my lips on his once again, they were infectious "you better go, I'll make sure we'll have cuddles later" I said "cuddles and kisses?" Calum asked and put his sleeve up to his face which made me chuckle, he was too cute "cuddles and kisses" I said and kissed his forehead "I'll see you later Lukey.." Calum said with a blush and jogged away to his session "bye babe" I said before he had left the room and just stayed there in a trance of awe, I was so lucky to have him.

I decided to crack an with some of my coursework in the living room, if I did it in my bedroom I know I would just end up not doing any work, that bed is too comfy. Michael and Ashton came in not long after, the three of us chatted for a while until Ashton went for a shower "hey Luke bro..got a favour to ask you.." Michael said "yeah? what's up mate?" I asked "soooo..am I okay to have Ashton stay in the room tonight? he says you're welcome to have his bed" I couldn't help but smile "course! that's perfectly fine! so what's going on with you guys? you dating?" I asked, I was very curious "well..not exactly..I don't really know what we are at the moment..like we are friends but..you know?.." Michael said slowly, I understood what he meant and it would probably be a little while for them to get together but that didn't stop me from shipping it any less "ah yes, I see, well I still think it's really cute, it's nice to see this other side of Ashton you bring out in him, Calum and I are mashton trash" I said, I'd noticed a lot how Ashton showed more of that sensitive and vulnerable side now, especially around Michael and it's really sweet "m-mashton? right..well I'd be lying if me and Ashton didn't think the same about you and Calum" I chuckled "that's cute..hey if you and Ash get together one day, we'll have to go on a double date" I said, it would be fucking adorable "that sounds fun! how's things with Calum anyways? you..slipped it in yet?" Michael asked, Jesus Christ we've only been dating for a day "um..no" I said after staying silent for a few seconds "really? god the patience, I love it!" I chuckled, Calum definitely was worth the wait, I wanted to wait until he was 100% ready "he's worth it..so did um..you and Ashton..you know.." I started to ask, hoping he would catch the direction I was going into, I mean it's pretty obvious they did and I'm pretty sure they knew we knew but I wanted to hear it from their mouths for confirmation "um..yeah.. just kinda happened I guess" Michael replied and blushed, I was well excited hearing it come from Michael's mouth "details! what was it like?? did you love it?? who was bottom??" I asked excitingly, Michael chuckled nervously "um..okay since you're my best friend, I guess I can tell you but..don't..tell Ash we were talking about this.." "I won't! I promise!" I said, feeling even more excited "I topped, I don't know if I'm ready for that yet but eh we'll see.." "who ever thought the day where Michael Clifford tops Ashton Irwin eh? what did you think of..you know.. having sex with him? I assume you must really like him in order to do that" I said "well..it wasn't just sex. He wasn't like, filthy or anything the way he has been described by people. He was.. passionate.. loving.." Michael said, his eyes lighting up talking about him "that's beautiful to hear Mike.." I said softly, it really was heartwarming to hear it wasn't just a shag, it was making love. "You think so?..it's the truth.." I gave him a smile "yeah I do.. remember, he wouldn't be like that with just anyone, seems to only be you." I said passionately towards the situation, seeing Michael's eyes being filled of warming emotions towards Ashton.

Calum walked back into the flat and strolled over, sitting on my knee "hey guys, what you guys talking about?" he asked with a smile "hey babe" I said and wrapped my arms around his waist "oh just stuff" Michael said with a giggle, blushing again once Ashton had joined us in the living room "stuff?" Calum asked confused "yes stuff" I said and chuckled "anyways!" Michael said with his blush getting deeper "Ashton, you can stay in my room tonight" Michael said and looked at Ashton with a fond smile who returned one back to him "oh cool" Ashton said with his eyes twinkling with admiration whilst looking at Michael, Calum and I was watching the whole encounter thinking the same thing, how we were such mashton trash. "You guys wanna watch a movie or something? I say we've been doing well with keeping up with coursework, we need a treat" Michael said "sounds great! what we in the mood for lads?" I asked and turned the TV on "anything" Ashton said and sat down next to Michael, I glanced over to them and noticed now Michael put his hand on Ashton's knee which made Ash blush "hmm.." Calum said and snuggled up to me "believe it or not, I loveeee watching football" he added "I do love a cheeky football game" I said with a chuckle and putting a match on.

I loved it when us four hung out like this, we were all troubled but we all always made each other smile.
