Who is the Imposter? (Toastkkuno ff)

<<Same Day, Another Same Sykkuno>>

Sykkuno was stunned by what he heard. He couldn't believe that it was beeep. But instead of anger, he felt empathy. He wanna know why he/she killed Valkyrae.  He wants ANSWERS that will fulfill his questions. He wants- The rain pours harder. It seems like the typhoon has arrive or hurricane for others.

He then grabbed the other recorder and start playing it. "Tell me, Michael. Do you wanna die or see Lily die?" The distorted voice said in a menacing tone

"You motherfucking bastard, don't kill her or I will kill you!" Michael's voice shouted as if it's a dam that was about to break.

"Well, let Toast slash Jeremy decide. Okay?" That distorted voice asked then it sounds like that man or someone move a chair or something. "Shinko! Shinko! Come over here!"

Sykkuno heard an opening door from that recorder and someone said "Shinko wants to kno-" He was quickly interrupted by that distorted voice by saying "Give me a knife and said to my uncle that he didn't agreed to our deal."

Someone came in the house and that made Sykkuno really nervous. He hide the other recorder in the drawer whilst he put the last one in his pocket. He then came down and saw a soaking wet Toast with his broken umbrella.

"My umbrella broke." Toast said as he approached Sykkuno.

It was 6am in the morning but it's still kinda dark because of the rain. Everyone was still asleep except for probably four people. Sykkuno then rushed towards to Toast and hugged him tightly. Toast was very shock and confuse about that.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" He asked to him but Sykkuno didn't answer.

Instead he just rested his head on Toast's chest and closed his eyes. Then someone came from upstairs and that's our baby Sun Ah. She was rubbing her eyes as she looked around.

"Where's Papa??" Sun ah asked as she joined in the hug.

"What do you mean by that? Isn't-" Then suddenly Corpse came in from outside with black wet raincoat.

"Papa!!!" Sun ah shouted then she ran towards to him and hugged him.

Sykkuno and Toast were both stunned. They stared at Corpse with furrowed brows and wide eyes. Then everyone finally woke up and came downstairs. 

Toast's jaw almost dropped and Sykkuno was speechless. Corpse then sighed and said "Oh hello guys! Did you all have a good sleep?"

Yvonne looked around and asked "Where's masayoshi? Did you came from outside? What did you did?"

"Oh.." Corpse mumbled then he continued "I was just getting our clothes from the laundry. It became wet because of rain." Then he showed a transparent plastic bag with clothes in it.

"What the fuck?" Toast murmured to himself but everyone heard that.

"Excuse me?" Corpse replied then Toast just glanced away.

Sykkuno looked down and gulped. Lily checked her phone and uttered "There's no signal."

Yvonne checked her phone too and agreed "Yeah, dang.. the hurricane is so strong."

"We should probably stay inside and wait for further announcement from government." Toast said then he was about to head to Corpse's room but he stopped.

He paused for a second and Scarra asked "What's the matter, Toast?"

"Nothin, I know there's a guest room here right?" He asked back to Scarra and Scarra nodded.

Toast continued to ask "Then how come Sykkuno was sleeping here in the living room?"

"Well he's too scared to sleep alone in the guest room." Scarra replied then Toast looked at Sykkuno who was staring at Sun Ah and Corpse.

Sykkuno was staring oddly.. It looks like he's about to cry or burst into tears. But then Toast just grabbed his arm and they went upstairs where the guest room was. Then went in and Toast locked the door. I know what you're thinking... you're sus.

Then Sykkuno sat down in the bed and Toast glanced at the balcony. "Did you know... something.???" Toast asked to Sykkuno.

"I-I..." Sykkuno couldn't speak and he just looked down. Finally, tears flow down from his eyes slowly as he tried to cope with it.

Toast then sat beside him, three inches apart and said "isn't it sucks? You can't lie.. and you can't even hide your emotions while others can."

Sykkuno was just silently crying and Toast asked "Remember when my favour? That was ya know..." Sykkuno nodded and Toast continued "I just want you to know that I'll do the same for you." Then he smiled at him.

Toast then went outside and left Sykkuno. Sykkuno blushed and stopped crying but he's still sad. He felt relief.. but not too much. You know if dive into it, deeper than you expected, you might drown. That's why Sykkuno keep holding his feelings back because he might be wrong or not. He's not quite sure.

Toast then went downstairs again to see everyone. They are all worried about Michael. Corpse was the one who's cooking. He approached Corpse and went behind him.

"Where did you get that raincoat, Corpse? It looks fancy." Toast questioned to Corpse while grabbing a cup.

"Someone gave it to me as a gift." Corpse replied while flipping the pancakes.

Toast poured a hot water in his cup and asked "And who's that fashionable someone? Is it Asher?"

Corpse paused for a moment then continued what he's doing before he answered "Never heard of that name."

Toast put a coffee mixture in his cup and said "Oh yeah.. I never heard of that name either for a very long time now.. because I considered that man as a dead person since then wanna know Why?"

Corpse looked at Toast and they stated at each other. Toast leaned closer to him and continued "Because he's a fucking asshole and you know what I wanna do to him?"

"I'm curious." Corpse said while holding a plate of pancakes. The tension between them is now red code. Call security please.

Toast smiled and replied "Put him where he belongs."
