Doctor Sage Bailey..

Yep, take it in. Kick-ass neonatologist and even better person (at least I'd say). Others say I can be a bit mean but clearly, they can't handle my power.

There's not much about me, really.. I am a Neonatologist at Grey-Sloan Memorial. I also specialize in general surgery, just like the other Doctor Bailey, who happens to be my aunt.

Grey-Sloan is an amazing hospital, despite all of the death around us. I've been through so much, you'd look at me with such disbelief when you see a smile on my face.

"So, what happened to you, anyway?" Some random guy asked.

I was at Joe's, sitting at the bar, hoping that I was paged at any second. He sat next to me, instantly chatting my ear off; I didn't even know his name.

"Let's see.. I've been physically abused, one of my friends got hit by a bus and died, I was shot, I've been in a plane crash that resulted in the death of two of my great friends and a severely injured abdomen. Should I continue?" I replied with a small smile.

"Uh.. you- what? Are you okay, I mean, how are you holding up? Wow, that is.. that is a lot." He rambled.

"Yeah. I'm fine, actually. Some say that I am immortal. I'm a legend at the hospital."

"They don't actually mean immortal because, well, that's not possible." He said, shaking his head.

I tilted my cup side to side, rolling my eyes and calling him an idiot in my head.

"This guy bothering you?" Alex asked, appearing next to me.

"Hey, I thought you were at the hospital."

"Nah, but I am on-call. Who's this?" He asked.

"I'm Jasper. Who are you?"

"That doesn't matter. Listen, I'm gonna warn you, dude. Run far away from this girl, she's nothing but trouble. Everyone around her dies." Alex stated.

"What?" Jasper lightly gasped, looking to me.

"Yeah. Run for the hills, dude. I mean, now, go!"

Jasper's eyes widened before he grabbed his coat and quickly got up. He kept looking back as he made his way towards the door. I turned back to Alex, shrugging my shoulders and laughing.

Alex sat in his place, a concerned look presenting on his face. My eyebrows furrowed, wondering what was on his mind.

"What's up?"

"Huh?" He snapped out of whatever he was in, giving me his attention.

"What's going on in that head of yours? Don't say it's nothing because I've known you for years, Alex. I can tell when there's something bothering you."

"It's, uh, really nothing. Mer has just been freaking out about the baby and dealing with Derek's hand. Cristina is just being annoying and that chick, Jo, she's hot."

"No. Alex Joseph Karev."

"Who the hell is Joseph?" He questioned.
