"Ben?... Ben?!" Jackson shouted over the phone.

"Yeah!? A little busy here, Jackson."

"Please tell me that you have this. No hesitation, tell me you got this, Warren."

Jackson pleaded. Ben hesitated, holding the gloves in his hand.

"Damn it! Warren!"

Ben hung up on him, putting the gloves on. The baby wasn't in the correct position so he had to do a rotation.

"I'm not ready, are you ready?" Ben asked me, almost hyperventilating.

"You should be ready! You're about to stick your arm, elbow deep to rotate my grandchild."

"No disrespect, Ms. Fox, but back off. I don't need anybody breathing down my neck."

"Benjamin, I am going to kill you if you don't start." I threatened him, wiping the sweat off my forehead.

He carefully went in, slightly turning the little one. I covered my face with the pillow, screaming from the unbearable pain.

"We're ready.."

Ben wiped his arms off, positioning himself once the kid started crowning. My body felt so hot, like it was on fire as I pushed.

"Almost there.." Catherine whispered, rubbing my hair and dabbing the cold towel on my face.

"Two more pushes."

"I can't..it hurts.."

I huffed, my breath getting caught in my throat as I wiped the flow of tears.

"Hey, I'm right here.." Jackson spoke, running to my side and gripping my hand.

"Perfect timing."

"You got this, baby.." he whispered in my ear.

"Two more, okay? Just two.. here we go."

I followed Ben's lead, pushing and stopping again before cries erupted through the room. My breath was caught in my throat as I looked at our baby boy.

"He's beautiful." Ben and Catherine said smiling.

While they cleaned him off, Jackson repeatedly kissed the top of my head, telling me he loved me and how proud he was.

Ben finally brought him over, placing him in my arms. My heart fluttered, feeling my tiny human squeeze my finger.

"Hey, how'd you get here?" Ben asked Jackson.

"I stopped at the snow then ran the rest of the way."

"You're kidding." Catherine said.

"Nope.."

Catherine smiled down at the kid, adjusting his hat. Rae glared at the two month old in my arms.
