Elijah
On waking up I felt unbearable pain in my back. It was enough to make me tear up a little. My throat also hurt like hell, probably because I was choked. Yeah, I have a good memory.

I had no idea where I was, but judging by the looks of it, I was still in the station. Denis was next to me, but he was out cold, just like I found him. I stretched my leg as far as I could to try to kick him hard enough, but being handcuffed above my head made it hella impossible. All I got was more pain.

I took this time to do some thinking though (I don't think a lot and you know that) about some things and try to piece everything together. This person was definitely not after our powers, or else both our pendants would be gone, they want us for something deeper. Whatever it is, their way of getting around to it was really slow and strategised - at least for this part of the plan - while rushing another part of it. I'm guessing their goal would be to stay one step ahead of all of us, but as our team is almost 20 people, it'd be hard - especially now that we're all over the place.

Boredom started to kick in quickly and the silence was actually driving me crazy. I threw stuff at Denis to make sure he was alive..he was and now he has a sore cheek and a reason to hit me.

"Got any plans..?" I asked, bored out of my skull.

My arms had gone numb by now and my back still ached horribly. Turns out someone ripped half of my right wing off. I don't know why people can't leave my babies alone.

"My brain is literally drawing blank. On everything." Denis said, sounding disappointed.

I groaned in annoyance, not at Denis, but at this whole situation we were in. I usually don't get upset this easily but I need to just do something. That's when I got the idea: my demon.

I don't know my powers at all, but if I could think of something I could break us out and probably find the others too. It also dwelt upon me that maybe that's why I was wanted, but what's Denis' purpose here then?

Waiting it out was going to take ages though. Getting upset was one thing, but getting uneasy enough to trigger my demon into letting go it's powers was more complicated than how it sounds. Denis seemed to be thinking along the same lines and decided to play dead to give my demonic side a feeling that I'm alone.

All that was happening though, was that I started pulling really hard on the chains, enough to start cutting my wrists a little, and I was getting more panicked than angry.

Denis' eyes lit up at that time like he just got an amazing idea, and jumped awake.

"I think I can reach my watch. I have the ability to change the past so if I take us to a time where the chains didn't exist, we'd be out and when we come back we can get outta here." Denis stated excitedly.

"See, now you're back." I said.

"Back and better than ever."

He started turning the hands on his watch and I felt like I was being pushed back; everything went hazy until we were in a time where the station didn't even exist. We stood up and stretched, God knows how glad I was to feel my arms again. As Denis planned, he took us back to 2020 and we left the room, limping and holding onto each other so neither of us falls.

"Ethan, Star and I think Elise should be around here somewhere. After this we could find Corl, Sub and even Alex if we're lucky." I said.

"Oh I know where he is. He went back to that pet store from earlier to find more clues." Denis mentioned.

I smiled a little. "So things are actually looking up from here then."

That gave me a little bit of hope for the future, even though all of this is far from over. I looked at Denis while we were walking and it made me think..

As long as all of us got each other's backs, we can take on anything.
