Meeting:
You met her at Beacon, you were a substitute teacher for professor Oobleck after he bumped into something, fell, and sprained his ankle. You two met up after you were called into Ozpin's office thinking you were in trouble when in reality ironwood and Winter were there doing a check up on the Atlas tech. You met her there.

Jealousy:
She does get jealous. She might act all ladylike but in reality when someone does flirt with you she gets jealous. Just because she pushes back emotions doesn't mean they're not there.
Meeting her "family":
When you met her siblings you could tell they were all similar in a way, they all wanted their parents approval but they never could have it. You enjoyed meeting Weiss and surprisingly Whitley too. He has a hard surface but a heart of gold and Weiss is extremely hard working for what she believes. The both of them reminded you of winter, but as for Jacques and Willow they were not at all what winter was.
Jacques was a whiny mouse, he would try to break you down and try to manipulate Winter but that didn't work. As for Willow she could barely look at Winter. Winter looked upset but held up a good front before you left.
Then there was Klein who welcomed you with open arms, praising Winter for finding someone, and making a lunch for the three of you. He was the truest father to the Schnee siblings so you did you best to impress him. Turns out you didn't need to, he saw how you made winter smile and he didn't need any other convincing after that.

With what she's been through with Jacques I think she would instantly realize what she'd done. She never wanted to be like him but hitting you was something that reminded her of her childhood. You tried to convince her after she woke up from her mini coma after the fight with cinder vs. her and Penny. But she couldn't heal in under a day and she's already in so much stress after waking up. Honestly you felt as if you were gonna sock ironwood in the nose for putting so much pressure on her.
During the fall of beacon you went with her back to atlas; you had no where else to go anyway. You lost your home, people lost their lives, and the city was overrun with grimm. Winter couldn't help but stare at you lost, she didn't know how to help. She tried helping you get back on your feet by, helping you exercise, stay hydrated, and eating 3 meals a day plus a healthy snack. If she wasn't your girlfriend she sure did act like your mother for that time period. You made sure to give your thanks afterwards.
Spooning:
There's not a lot of cuddling in your relationship since you both are always busy but when you do have time, winter is the big spoon or she just likes to wrap her arms around you and cuddle you. She likes to think that having an arm around you is protecting you.

She confessed to you. She went up to you, in uniform, then told you her feelings like she was in an important meeting. You giggled since she seemed so strict and uptight about confessing to you. You then had to tell her that the laugh didn't mean you were laughing in her face but that you accept her confession and feel the same. Then you told her that she shouldn't be so uptight around you.

She tried to get to you before you could run away from her, but you couldn't stand to look at her. She felt horrible afterward, kicking the recruit out. You felt like you had no where to go. You felt alone, but after you called Clover he helped you by giving you a place to stay. He let you live with him for as long as you needed.
Making up:
Once she found out you were staying with Clover she knocked hesitantly at his door. When he opened he called for you. Then when you saw Winter you wanted to slam the door on her, but you were too upset to move. She couldn't look at your expression, but she apologized, saying sorry over and over again. You told her it would take you time to believe she was actually sorry; she sighed and nodded leaving you alone.
Moving on:
You didn't honestly move on; after Salem's visit to Atlas's front door you didn't have time to find new romance. You could only think of the people in mantle and in Atlas. But after you got word of Penny and winters battle you quickly were by her side. You could tell that it made her happy to see you still caring for her, but she was too in so much pressure that your relationship would have to wait. Honestly, it would be for the best.
