"I think I wanna go with a gym." I said to Johnny— my realtor.

We closed on the property a few weeks prior and everything was good to go except a name and some equipment.

After the conversation with Tyler, I researched and put a lot of thinking and consideration into opening a gym since it stuck to me the most out of the rest of the options we had brainstormed.

"Funny how I was thinking the same thing. Look at all these fast food places, these young folk are bound to feel bad and wanna come get that membership." He chuckled, "I ain't even think about all that." I said honestly. He somehow had an eye for things I couldn't see. "Well, you should've. It wouldn't even matter if the guilt actually led them here to put in work just as long as they copped the membership the money gone be rolling in monthly." I nodded in agreement. "You right" "Well let's make a few calls and order some equipment." He said whipping out his cellphone.

I looked around the building and envisioned how I wanted the walls and flooring to look. I didn't want it to be this basic. I wanted posters and everything under the sun so my clients could be motivated. I was just a semi buff dude for them to look up to.They'd take one look at me and dream of becoming my size— especially my younger audience. I was definitely gonna drag Melo down here for a position. He owed me anyway.

I didn't count favors— but me and Arielle were paying for him and Harmony to get through school so they could focus on rent. He would still be getting paid for working for me so he'd be alright. That's family and I'll always look out.

Johnny waved me over turning his phone towards me so I could see the set of equipment he was eyeing. He was on the phone with the company now. He worked efficiently— something I loved about him.

"Yea that's dope, get a few of those sets and add some matts to cover the floor." I spoke, "aye ask if they got some of those things where you push your legs and it gets tougher and tougher the higher you go."

He nodded holding his finger up.

"Do y'all have any of the compact leg press?" I walked away as he finished his phone call. I decided to get online to find some things for my office. Everything was coming together quickly. I'd be open for business sooner than I expected.
