"Yes baby even auntie Miracle and especially daddy will be there." I said to Sayori over the phone. This was the fifth time today that she had called me.
She was at her school getting ready for her dance recital and she wanted to be sure that everybody would be attending especially her favorite auntie and her father.
Miracle was ecstatic that she got the ok to leave the army along with her husband. She's wanted more than anything to be a mother ever since she was a kid. She's been through hell like having six month lasting periods— uterine cyst— fibroids— you name it.
She was always terrified that when she was actually ready to try for a baby she wouldn't be able to conceive so she was in a rush and I didn't blame her.
Her husband, Nate worships the ground she walks on. He loves that girl wholeheartedly and would do anything for her and I do mean anything.
He got discharged early so that she could be happy, and seeing her happy made him happy.
We were all happy that they'd be close to home wherever they chose to live so they could have a proper relationship with their nieces and nephews or nephew but for now they were staying at my parents.
"Ok mommy I love you, hurry inside it's gonna start soon." She said making a kissing sound into the phone.
I was seated inside my car waiting for them to arrive. Miracle said that she wasn't far so depending on how long it took Khalil to get here I'd probably just meet him inside.
"I love you too," I said kissing her through the phone.
When the call ended, a message from Khalil came through.
