"I lost my baby because of you."

"My baby..."

"I'm sorry!" sigaw ko habang tinatahak ang isang masikip na hallway. "I'm sorry," bulong ko.

"Bea, bakit mo pinatay yung anak ko?"

"Bea, yung anak ko."

"Kasalanan mo 'to!"

"Hindi kita mapapatawad!"

I tried to run away from the voices but it just keeps on following me wherever I go.

Pagkaliko sa kanan ay dali dali akong pumasok sa isang madilim na kwarto saka ko madiin na tinakpan ang magkabila kong tainga at sumiksik sa kamang nasa likod ko.

"Tama na, please.." I pleaded.

My sobs filled the whole room of darkness.

Dahan dahan kong tinanggal ang pagkakatakip ko sa tainga ko ng 'di ko na marinig ang mga boses.

I squinted my eyes when I noticed a faint light coming from outside.

I slowly walk to the light thinking that it is my hope..

my hope to end the darkness I'm in.

Nang makalabas ako, may nakita akong anino ng lalaki kaya lumapit pa ako.

Kahit nakatalikod, alam kong si Chad ang lalaking iyon.

Chad is my hope, my light and my savior.

"Chad," I heard myself whispered.

I ran and hugged him tightly from behind.

"Chad," I said sobbing.

"Bea, bakit?"

Lamig. Panlalamig ang tanging naramdaman ko ng marinig ang boses na iyon. Hindi iyon kay Chad.

Mabilis akong kumalas at tatakbo na sana kaso hinawakan nito ang braso ko at marahas akong hinaklit paharap.

I immediately closed my eyes, "Tama na please.." I pleaded again.

"Pinatay mo yung anak ko!"

"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry.." I cried.

"Bea! I'm here.. I'm here," said a voice as an embrace enveloped me.

It is Chad. My Chad.

"Chad," I said as I let myself break down.

I just cried while Chad remained silent but when he started singing, I calmed down.

It was Chad's singing that always calms me down.

"I will never let you fall

I'll stand up with you forever

I'll be there for you through it all

Even if saving you sends me to heaven..."

I curled up to him as I found peace in his voice.

"It's okay... It's okay... It's okay," pagpapatuloy niya saka ako ginawaran ng marahang halik sa noo.

"It's okay. I love you," he whispered and hummed the rest of the song.
