Hydrev Gremlin's POV

My heart is breaking into pieces when I heard those words from the woman I love. I feel bad leaving her but I want to see my mother. It's been 4 years since she left me and I don't know why she disappeared.

I entered the cafeteria and lot's of them shouting my name. I didn't waste a seconds to look at them. I need to order food for my girlfriend. as soon as I ordered, dumating na rin siya. Nahihiya akong tumingin sa kanya dahil sa ugaling pinakita ko these days.

"Vhastiaaana!" sigaw ko sabay kaway para mas madali niya aking makita.

Nakangiti siyang maglakad papunta sa akin na may ngiti sa kanyang labi. Seeing her smiling sweetly make me hesitant to see my mother.

"Did you ordered food?" tanong niya.

"Yes. Please sit."

Tabi kaming umupo. Hindi ko inasahang hawakan niya ang kamay ko sa ibabaw ng lamesa kung saan maraming studyante ang nakatingin.

"You owe me an explanation. Sino ang lalaking kausap mo bago tayo pumunta dito?"

Hindi niya binitawan ang kamay ko, "at the cafe? He's a good friend of mine since high school."

"Are you telling the truth?"

"I don't dare to lie to you hahaha!" napatawa pa siya.

"What did you two talked about? That's the reason why I ignored you and didn't sit beside you. I expected you to explain it to me you you didn't!" I complain.

"I don't think it's necessary to tell you but let's not talk about it."

I stared at her right arm, "why you got injured? Why didn't you tell me about that?"

"Nothing serious. I just fell on the stairs. I don't want you to worry about me that's why I kept it to
you."

'But why I do have this feeling that she is.lying to me?'

"Save your lies to yourself Vhastiana. I want to know the truth." singhal ko sa kanya.

"How did you know that I was lying? Let's not talk about that." hatalang iniiwasan niya ang tanong ko.

Binitawan niya na rin ang kamay ko nang inilapag na ng service screw ang mga pagkain. At dahil injured ang isang braso niya, pinilit ko siya na subuan. Nakakatuwa lang e hindi siya tumutol.

"Are you really going to compete with that condition? It will be more difficult for you to win. If I just know about that, I will never let you play basketball." nakokonsyensyang sabi ko.

"Can't you just thank me? we run out of players so I just to sacrifice some strength. Didn't you know that it was my first time playing basketball?"

My eyes got widened, "you must be kidding. Your performance was great."

"I'm not interested in that sport but I was shocked too. I just learned it myself."
