"Get down on your knees." He growled in my ear, his strong hands pushing down on my shoulders.

I couldn't do anything but oblige. I tilted my head back so that I could maintain eye contact with him as I slowly sank down to my knees. "Good girl." I heard him mutter as his hand snaked into my hair, wrapping it around his fist as he roughly yanked my head back further.

I flicked my tongue over my lower lip, biting down gently as I raised my hands to the waistband of his pants. His eyes bore into mine as I worked slowly on unbuttoning and unzipping his pants. A low growl escaped him as I tugged his pants down, leaving only a thin barrier between me and what he was craving. There was no hiding the fact he was growing impatient as I continued to stare into his eyes without making any advancements. Another rough tug at my hair broke me out of my trance and I quickly yanked down his boxers, letting my eyes travel down to his dick. I could practically hear his jaw clench and his teeth grind as the cool air encompassed him.

With one more flick of tongue over my lips I brought my mouth forward, wrapping my lips around the head of his dick, my tongue flicking across the slit.

"Well don't you look exhausted." Hermione hummed as I dropped into my seat beside her. "I didn't see you at breakfast."

"Good morning to you too." I said, huffing out a breath as I pulled out my textbook. "And no, I decided to allow myself a few more minutes of beauty sleep. Besides, there's always lunch, Mione!"

Hermione rolled her eyes, chuckling softly. "Yes, there is, but we all know how cranky you get when you're hungry. Were you up late working on the potions essay?"

I nodded in response, breezily replying with, "We are nearly tied for top of the class after all. I can't let you have too much of an advantage."

"Hey Gemma, still meeting in the library later to work on that potions essay?" Blaise called from behind me. I gave him a quick nod, glancing over at Hermione in time to see her narrow her eyes slightly at me. I just gave her a small shrug. I never said I finished it.

I was sat in the Great Hall, stifling a yawn. My late-night adventure was catching up to me and the one thing I was looking forward to was heading to bed. I felt someone drop into the seat beside me, but I couldn't be bothered to look up as I just wanted to finish my dinner and head to the common room.

"I saw you in the library with Blaise earlier. What were you two doing?" The voice next to me said, quiet enough for just me to hear.

I sighed, restraining myself from rolling my eyes. "We were working on the potions essay."

"Is that so? You two certainly seemed to be leaning in quite close to one another."

"Well it tends to be easier to read one's writing if you lean in closer. I mean, honestly Draco." I said, tilting my head to the side so that I could peer up at him. "Or would you have rathered I sat on his lap to do so?"

Draco growled lowly, his eyes narrowing slightly at my comment. His eyes flicked up briefly to see dumb and dumber coming to sit down across from us. "And why should I care?" He asked, cocking an eyebrow at me.

"Exactly. You shouldn't." I said as I gathered my bag and stood up. Before I could fully take a step away, I felt his hand on my wrist. I whipped around to give him an exasperated look.

"Later?" He asked, although it came out more of a statement than a question.

"No." I said quietly, but with a bit of harshness. If I hadn't been looking closely, I would have missed the shock that very briefly flashed in his eyes before they darkened into a scowl. I rolled my eyes, turning away with a flip of my hair and headed to the common room. Merlin that boy is exhausting.

Despite having been exhausted, I found myself laying awake in the dark. I was sure I had fallen asleep earlier, but I wasn't sure when I awoke or how long it had taken me to realize I was no longer asleep. I sighed, throwing my blanket to the side and quietly getting up. I made my way into the common room, expecting it to be empty but being pleasantly surprised to find Blaise seated on one of the couches.

Blaise was one of my best friends here at Hogwarts, and definitely my best friend in our house. I just simply could not stand some of the other Slytherins in my year. Crabbe and Goyle were just...well, stupid and incapable of thinking for themselves. And as for Pansy, she may have been my cousin, but our parents raised us completely differently. My mother and her father were siblings, and according to mother they used to be quite close. That is, until he married Pansy's mother. When we were young, Pansy and I had been quite close as well but that quickly changed by the time we started at Hogwarts as she was much more judgmental and needy than me. The bitch even had the audacity to make a snide remark when my younger brother was sorted into Hufflepuff a few years back!

And then there was Draco, who was, well, Draco.  He had become more reserved than the cocky first year he used to be, but he still knew how to control all his goons.  I suspected he didn't even like any of them and that his only genuine friend in Slytherin was Blaise.  And maybe Theo.  Although we weren't close, I wouldn't sort him into the group of annoyance that my cousin belongs in.  We've definitely butted heads over the years, but mainly when he's making an ass out of himself and being a prejudiced little twit.

"Couldn't sleep?" I asked quietly as I approached Blaise. His head shot up, clearly not having noticed me enter the common room.

"Oh, no. You?" He asked, scooting over to make some room for me on the couch.

"Nope." I sighed, plopping myself down beside him. I turned so that my back was against a pillow that was leaning against the armrest of the couch, throwing my legs over Blaise's lap. Blaise and I had kicked it off easily and became close towards the end of our first year. He had been on the quiet side and didn't partake in the bullying that other students in our year did. I liked that about him. He was still quiet now, but he had matured into it. While he was close friends with Draco and Theo, he had never partaken in their shenanigans and had always been impartial towards Crabbe, Goyle, and Pansy, although I could tell he had a distaste for my dear cousin.

Blaise mindlessly rubbed his thumb over my shin, staring at the fire as I leaned my head back and closed my eyes. We remained in a comfortable silence until I peeked one eye open to look at him. "Blaise?" I hummed, "I've been thinking a lot about how next year is our last year. What do you think you want to do? You know, after Hogwarts."

"I reckon I'll have some Ministry job." Blaise mused before a coy smirk played on his lips. "That is, unless Voldemort takes over and we all wander around like his blank-eyed little puppets, of course."

"Blaise Zabini!" I exclaimed with a laugh, smacking his arm. He chuckled in response before we both composed ourselves in a more serious manner. "Do you really think it could happen?" I whispered.

"I don't know, Gem. I'd like to think not, but I don't know." Blaise murmured.

I sighed quietly, biting my lower lip. Everyone knew that a war was coming, the only question was when.
