" So this is the other Döppelganger that Nicklaus is so adamant to find since the Gilbert one has disappeared. She's not even much to look at . Just like the Gilbert one ," the blonde girl said eyeing the petite girl up and down like she was a cow or a chicken  at an auction for farm animals.

Cherry glared at her ,but the girl didn't waver in her staring .

Sue Clearwater watched the stew , keeping her mouth shut . She had a feeling that these people are dangerous and  she didn't want to pull attention to herself .
She didn't envy Cherry at all for having all three of the people's attention on her .

" Now ,now , Rebekah . Please refrain from being mean . This one's far more special than Elena Gilbert . Isn't that right , Cherryldene?".

Cherry hated it that Elijah called her by her full name . Sure Paul usually did that ,but Elijah doing it felt.... disgusting . Not the best choice of word ,yet it was the only one she could come up with . Maybe unsettling or unnerving should be .

" What do you mean ?", the blonde brown haired boy asked, looking at Elijah, his eyes sparkling with interest.

Elijah completely ignored that and looked at Cherry in his weirdly calm manner  .

She'd only ever seen him lose his cool when Stefan and Damon attacked him that time Rose and Trevor had held her and Elena captive.

" What's it to you?. Shouldn't you be off somewhere else ?. I got homework to do and all that . I have no time for idle chit chat  ." Cherry tried to be intimidating ,but failed because she'd always held a bit of fear for Elijah . Even if he did save her life once and she respected him for that ,but still, he is quite scary in his freakishly calm demeanor.

Before he could say something her phone beeped in her pocket and she pulled it out to see that it was a text from Sam to tell her that he won't be picking her up for school in the morning because he had an earlier shift at work .

She sighed at that . She didn't mind anyone else picking her up ,but she really only wanted to be with Sam .

She sent him back a text to tell him that it's okay and that she'll see him another time.

He just sent her a kissy emoji  and the whole texting stopped there for now .

She stashed her phone back inside her pocket before looking at Elijah again .

" Why are you here ?," she asked .

" I came to see you , Cherryldene . Am I not allowed to visit my favourite Döppelganger?".

His voice was still impossibly calm and it was infuriating .

" I guess you're allowed," she digressed , a soft sigh escaping her lips ," You did after all save my life months ago ", she added as an after thought .

He gave her a small tight smile .

Her phone beeped again before the other two can say a word .

She grumbled under her breath as she pulled out her phone to see who it is .

It was Jacob calling in his pack for a small meeting at his house .

She sighed and pinched her nose . She had no ride to La Push ,so she'd have to run in wolf form . Or she could just take Bella's old truck .

" Sue , I gotta go . Jake's calling in everyone for a meeting.  Save some stew for me please ?. Oh and you three better not eat Sue or you'll have wolves on your asses . Believe me they're all built to kill Vampires no matter if said Vampires are supposedly indestructible . I gotta go now . Bye ".
