Location: Outside Chum Bucket. Just outside Empire City. September 14th, 3127. 10:32AM.
Elsewhere, outside The Chum Bucket, which was outside Empire City, Plankton was making his way back to his home. He was glad that he was finally going back as he had been away from his humble abode for quite awhile. But more importantly, he had also not seen or been with his favorite computer wife for some time either.

Plankton knew that his wife, Karen, would not be happy with him for his long absence and not having spent more time with her. He was sure that she was going to give a really big piece of her mind as a result.
But in all honesty, Plankton would rather deal with her than The Emperor any day. In fact, after hearing about how much trouble Bowser had gotten into with the Emperor just today and not that long ago, Plankton decided that anything that Karen could do to him would be nothing compared to whatever punishment The Emperor had in store for Bowser!
However, what would happen to Bowser was none of Plankton's business nor did he really care about him. All that mattered at this moment to him was being back at his home and seeing his computer wife again.
After walking a bit more, Plankton was pleased to find himself standing before his beloved Chum Bucket again and he used a key and opened the front door and stepped inside before closing and locking the door behind him. Plankton's home still had his lab like in the Spongebob Squarepants show, but because of him having given up on his obsession of getting The Krabby Patty Secret Formula after having discovered that it never existed in the first place, Plankton and Karen had replaced The Chum Bucket's restaurant kitchen and dining room area with a living room and a normal kitchen and dining room and of course, a bedroom for the both of them to relax and sleep in at night.
"Oh, Karen! I'm home!" Plankton called out for his computer wife, expecting her to appear and lecture him for being away for so long any second, but she didn't come.
Plankton was about to call out for her again when he then heard a strange sound coming from his and Karen's bedroom. Confused and a little suspicious, Plankton approached the door to the bedroom and slowly and quietly opened it.
Upon doing so, Plankton was left in shock and disgust to see Norm Infinity (the original Norm, in his original, much smaller robot form) and his wife, Karen, doing it together under the covers on his and Karen's bed! Neither Norm Infinity or Karen had noticed him.
"So, what's a nice and good-looking computer like you doing being stuck with that one-eyed reject?" Norm Infinity spoke to Karen, not realizing Plankton's presence.
