CHAPTER 35 A WILD ESCAPE PART 2

-10 Minutes Later

After Hap had turned back, everyone who had been under Lady Rose's influence had come back to their senses. The former love-struck villains such as Banzai, Ed and Prince John had immediately tried to alert The Wild Kingdom's security forces and attack The Commander and the others, but they were easily incapacitated and then shoved into and locked inside the same closet that Dawn Bellwether, Mayor Swinton, Queen Chrysalis and Scar had been put into earlier and were still inside of.

Shenzi The Hyena had also been locked up in the closet with the other villains. The Commander and Co. knew that she would only cause them trouble if they brought her with them, so putting her in that closet seemed like a wise decision on their part.

As for Ripper Roo, he was a different story as due to some changes Doctor Lollipop and Coco had made to the blue kangaroo while they had still been shrunk and were inside said kangaroo's brain, he wouldn't do anything to stop them or get in their way. Ripper Roo was still crazy, but despite having been a loyal henchmen of Dr. Neo Cortex, thanks to Doctor Lollipop and Coco, he now was loyal to them and the others instead.

Because of this, Ripper Roo was now joining them in escaping from The Wild Kingdom. However, The Commander and the others doubted that he would be very useful to have on their side should things get ugly.

Knowing that they had to go and that they had spent a lot more time in The Wild Kingdom than they had wanted to, no one bothered asking any questions or trying to catch up with each other or getting any explanations. The Commander and the others than quickly rushed out of the kitchen and dining room, down the hallway outside, passed the entrance to the prison where all the prisoners that had been locked up inside had all been freed and they didn't stop for anything or anyone like all the guards that tried to stop them and got in their way!

They were almost to the first floor of the building and once they got outside, whatever was out there, they weren't going to let it prevent them from getting out of that stupid Wild Kingdom! The first floor, though was heavily guarded and had a bunch of guards patrolling it.

Sly Cooper, Bentley, Murray, Carmelita Fox and Spider-Man said that they would take care of them, but it would take a few minutes to do so. In the meantime, the others had to stay up on the second floor, stay out of sight and wait until they were given the all clear before they were good to go.

With that, Sly Cooper, Bentley, Murray, Carmelita Fox and Spider-Man became as stealthy as ninjas and slowly got to work with disposing with all the guards and security on the first floor. While they were doing this, The Commander and the others turned and faced the same 8 real human people they had seen in the hallway earlier, along with 3 more other real human people.

Like with what was revealed before, the first 8 of these humans were known as John Javier, Gary Gordon, Eddie Gordon, Michael Matthews, Claire Cordola, Alice Rose, Tony Vinero and Ned Basil. John, Gary, Michael, Tony and Ned were all adult men. Claire and Alice were both adult women and Eddie only a boy.

The 3 other humans that apparently were part of their group was an adult woman called Roxanne Vena, an adult, but obese man called Jeff Douglas and another young boy like Eddie called Zach Zoomer. Like those other 8 human guys, they seemed like quite an odd bunch together.
