TOO TOONEY

CHAPTER 16 BATTLE OF THE BRAWNS!

Location: Underground tunnels. Somewhere under The Game Kingdom. Somewhere outside (former) Transylvania, Europe. Saturday, August 28th, 3127. 2:22AM.

"Are you sure you guys know where the heck we are going!?" Norman asked Sly as he, The Commander and all the others had regained some of their strength and were able to stand up, move around and run again even though the drug that The Commander and his group had been injected with was supposed to make them incredibly weak until the following afternoon. This still would've been the case if Sly hadn't given The Commander and the others a special antitoxin which would be able to slowly and effectively neutralize the first drug that they had been injected with, thus giving them back all their strength and energy again early!

Right now, The Commander and his group, Sly and his gang and Cuphead and Mugman were all running through a bunch of long and dark tunnels underground The Game Kingdom in a desperate attempt to escape to freedom! Sly had stolen the key to the cell that The Commander and the others had been locked inside of and had swiftly unlocked the door to their cell before giving them the antitoxin to counteract the energy-draining drug that they had been given. Then, Sly informed The Commander and the others that while he, Bentley, Murray and Cuphead and Mugman had managed to sneak in with almost no trouble, he also told them that it would be impossible for them to all sneak out of The Game Kingdom the way Sly and his gang and Cuphead and Mugman had come in, so they had to find another way out instead! Fortunately, Sly, Bentley and Murray had discovered a secret underground network of tunnels beneath The Game Kingdom Castle and the rest of The Game Kingdom that would allow them all to sneak out and escape from The Game Kingdom without running into any guards or any of The Game Kingdom's other security forces in the process! Sly, Bentley and Murray had accidentally discovered the underground network of tunnels when they had first met Cuphead and Mugman awhile back and ever since then, Sly, Bentley, Murray and Cuphead and Mugman had stayed together and always had each other's backs!

"Well, we either go through these tunnels or go up to the surface and face The Game Kingdom's forces!" Sly told Norman. "Unless you have any better ideas, we don't really have any other choice!"

"Sly's right! And according to my calculations, even with all of us together, we only have a 2.5 out of a 10 chance of escaping The Game Kingdom through force and a 1 out of 10 chance of defeating the entire Game Kingdom army all by ourselves!" Bentley stated.

"Well, let's get out of here soon! This place is starting to give me the creeps!" Hamm spoke.

"Oh! Yuck! I just stepped in something wet and slimy!" Slinky The toy Dog From Toy Story complained.

Slinky was so distracted by what he had felt touch his feet that he accidentally bumped into Mr. Potato Head from Toy Story and caused one of his plastic eyes to fall out of his head! Mr. Potato Head quickly grabbed his missing plastic eye, put it back into its place on his face and angrily faced Slinky as he yelled, "Watch where you're going, Scooby-Doo! (which was created by and is owned by Hannah-Barbara and Warner Brothers). Do that again and I'll give you something to really worry about!"

"Sorry!" Slinky apologized as he and Mr. Potato Head got back to the important matter hand and kept running with the others through the darkness of the tunnels.

-10 Minutes Later

"Oh! Great! Now where are we!?" Woody from Toy Story demanded as he and everyone else could now see that they were now standing in a huge cavern with stalagmites and stalactites all over the place! The whole cavern was being illuminated by huge, green and red gems that glowed almost as bright as light bulbs! All in all, the entire cavern was truly a sight to see!
