TOO TOONEY

CHAPTER 8 THE GREAT ESCAPE

Location: UHR Flight Center, New Haven. Somewhere in (former) Greenland. Saturday, August 21st, 3127. 11:34PM.

"Hurry up, you hairless apes! Security is right on top of us!" Sammy ordered as he and everyone else were all rushing into a UHR jet that they were now stealing from the UHR government in order to make their great escape from New Haven! "All you slow bitches better get your fat asses moving or I'm leaving without you!"

Right now, they and the jet were all inside The UHR Flight Center, where the UHR keeps all its flying vehicles at. But none of them had any time to stop and look around as they were all being pursued by security guards everywhere!

"This was your idea, Sammy!" Charleton told him as he and everyone else (including the 3 other humans from earlier that hadn't been brainwashed, either) all quickly got inside the UHR Government jet.

Unfortunately, there wasn't enough seats for everyone to sit down in and soon everyone inside the jet was all crowded. "Hey, David! Get your elbow outta my face!" Norman complained.

"I can't move! Deal with it!" David shot back.

As everyone else was complaining, Sammy quickly turned on the jet and drove it and everyone inside it out of The UHR Flight Center before Sammy angrily yelled, "Shut up!!! Once we're out of this looney bin, we can tear each other's arms off later! And if you don't like the way things are, then you can just kiss my bagel ass!"

Everyone else decided that Sammy was right and that they had to continue working together if they wanted to make it through this. For the next 5 minutes, everyone was silent and didn't say a word.

"There it is! Right up ahead! The wall that marks the borders of New Haven and the territory of The UHR! Once we get past it, it'll be smooth sailing for all of us!" Sammy announced as he pointed to a large wall up ahead that was even taller than The Great Wall of China!

All of a sudden, everyone heard a loud sound behind them and the jet and looking out the back window, everyone gasped in shock to see that they were being chased by a dozen other UHR jets with UHR pilots in them! "Oh, crap!" Sammy cried out in fear.

"Darn it! They must've found out that we escaped from The Re-Education Room and that we're using this jet to leave New Haven!" Nick shouted.

"Watch out!" Robert warned as the UHR jet that they were all in was nearly hit by a steady line of bullets!

"They're trying to shoot us down! We've gotta do something about them and fast!" Charleton told Sammy.

"Are you nuts, man! There's a dozen of them vs. just us! Besides, even if we could take them all down, I'm pretty sure that the UHR Government is already sending out reinforcements as we speak!" Norman reminded Charleton.

"Then what do we do!?" David cried out in panic.

"Simple! We need to get over that wall, before they get us first!" Sammy declared. "Now, everyone hold on tight! I'm turning up the speed as fast as I can make it go!"
