Back at the abandoned Empire Power Plant, Lesley, Wolf, Princess Peach and Princess Zelda were all busy getting ready for their plans on how to deal with The Empire. They had lucked out as there was a bunch of tools that The Empire had neglected to take with them when they had abandoned the power plant in a storage room and with these tools, they were able to get some things done. The materials they needed were a bit harder to get, so they ended having to salvage a bunch of things from various machines and devices around the area.
They could only salvage, so much, though, as they still needed the power generator to provide power for the power plant and the lights when it was dark at night. No power and no lights meant that not only would they be left in the dark, but also there would be no way to keep them and the power plant warm from the freezing cold outside! They were in (former) Western Russia afterall!
Fortunately, after exploring the power plant more, they had stumbled upon another part of the place where there was a large scrap heap. Normally, that would be a problem and should be disposed of, but for the 4 girls, it was just what they needed!

So, they gathered whatever they deemed in the scrap heap that they figured that they could make use of. As they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
Finally after getting everything that they thought they would need, they went to another area in the power plant with a huge room inside. This room was where they were going to put everything together that they would need to confront The Empire when the war started next year.
They felt pretty pleased with everything that they had collected. They were sure that they had everything that they would need now.
