Location: Secret base. Somewhere in (former) Iceland. Tuesday, September 14th, 3127. 2:33PM.
Meanwhile, back with The Commander and Co., they were all together in a room with some other familiar faces. Everyone had been given their own rooms to stay in at the secret base.
The Commander, David, Charleton, Robert, Doctor Lollipop, Coco and Hap were all staying together in one room with enough beds for all of them. Everyone else had been put into other similar rooms around the base.
The Commander and the others had learned some interesting things since they had ended up at the base. First of all, the base and the true people in charge of it were actually members of The True Justice Organization that The Commander, David, Charleton, Robert, 2016 Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, Frank and his friends, Cookie Monster, Krusty The Clown, Cartman, Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Hap had met all those many years ago before they had been sent to the future!
As it turns out, after they had been sent to the future, The Anonymous Society had discovered The True Justice Society's old, hidden base and had attacked it and freed The Joker and SweetTooth too in the process! The rest of the members of The True Justice Organization had all gone into hiding shortly after as a result!
When they had found out what had happened to The Commander and the others and that their mission to stop The Emperor (then known as Mr. Anonymous) had failed and that their leader, George Bevvelwitz, had been captured, they decided that laying low would be their best option. Eventually, after 30 years, they had set up their new, secret base in (former) Iceland and the special hazmat suits that they had all been wearing had protected them from the deadly radiation outside that had been caused by The Anonymous Society blowing up and destroying much of (normal) human civilization around the world by the use of nuclear and atomic weapons!

The base had been designed not only to be pretty much impossible to find for The Empire and to keep out all the deadly radiation that had been outside, but also to be as strong and hard to penetrate as a fort! Despite this, all the members of The True Justice Organization had known that it could take some time for the radiation levels around the world to drop to levels that would be safe to go anywhere without wearing any hazmat suits. Then, there was the fact that while their technology would keep them and their base from running out of power, they would surely run out of food in the base after awhile even with the organization's Insta-Food Program, they would still run out of food eventually as the program still required ingredients to make food.
So, all the members of The True Justice Organization had all come to one conclusion to solve that issue: To go into cryogenic sleep! They had made cryogenic stasis pods to go into cryogenic stasis in.
