"thank you for the meal!"

NaRi sat back as the boys crowded around Jay as he began cooking the meat they'd earned. "hm..." she hummed, turning her head to look at the camera, "i guess i'll just sit here and look pretty!" she smiled, instantly receiving a jumble of loud groans from the guys. "WHATTT?"

she watched as HeeSeung fed the first piece of meat to Jay, instantly getting up from her seat. "ahhh~" she opened her mouth wide, "ew, no." he said, flicking her nose. she huffed, puffed, then pouted. "SungHoon!" she yelled as she angrily stomped over to the older guy. "what is it, Moonie?" he opened his arms to embrace the girl, her body immediately leaning into his much taller one. "HeeSeungie-hyung wouldn't give me a piece..." she trailed off, making said complained-about boy loudly scoff. SungHoon lightly laughed at her adorable baby-like behavior, immediately going to the grill with chopsticks to get her a piece. he picked up a decently sized one, going back over to the girl. "say ahhh!" "ahhhh~... mm, thanks Hoon!" she said with a content smile, glaring at HeeSeung as he appeared over SungHoon's shoulder.

she served herself a decently-sized portion of food, yelling a quick "thank you for the food!" as she ate her first bite of ramen.

"it's so cute how when Jay cooks, he always has pride." JungWon said, making some of the members laugh. "that's so true!" NaRi exclaimed, looking over at the boy. "when we cook together he's always like 'oh wow look how much better my food looks then yours' or something like that," "are you talking about me?" Jay said, looking at NaRi. "what? pshhhh... no!" "mhmm.." he slightly glared at her, "i'll be watching you."

the 8 continued eating their meals, NaRi making wraps for the members every once in a while. she watched as Sunoo grabbed a tangerine for Ni-Ki from across the table, not really sure as to why her attention had been taken by Sunki. "this kid's nonsense" "..it does make sense!" this made NaRi break. she started laughing the most she had in a while, leaning onto HeeSeung's shoulder. "a lot of people learn bad words when they learn a language." HeeSeung said, looking down at NaRi. she looked up at the youngest, a smile growing on both their faces. "yeah, he does for some reason.." "i know those, too." they stated simultaneously. the members looked at the two, laughing. "what do you mean?!" they all asked NaRi, making her aggressively shrug her shoulders. "I DON'T KNOW!"

the members all sat around the campfire, waiting for their highly anticipated sweet potatoes to be done. she watched as the boys struggled with their marshmallows, hers coming out perfectly golden. she quickly laughed at them, handing hers to JungWon. she watched as Ni-Ki took a bite of his, eyes turning to crescents at his cute reaction.

then, they all sat, waiting for their manager to explain their next activity. "now.. earlier you all wrote letters," she quietly let out a breath, knowing where this was heading to. she watched as their youngest read his letter first, smiling at both the cute letter and how fast his Korean had improved. she knew she'd be last, so she relaxed a bit.

the wide smile never left her face as all the boys read their letters, smiling even brighter when two of the paragraphs were about her—
"and to NaRi," SungHoon began, "thank you for being the team's light even in our darkest days. i never thought i'd be in a group with a girl, but i'm so glad it was you. never stop being our little genius, even if we do always argue who the visual is."

"and NaRi, the one i've known the longest. let's never stop practicing with one another and never let our bond fade. i never thought you'd mean this much to me but here we are.. about to debut in the same team. i'm so proud of everything you've accomplished, let's keep going." HeeSeung said, tripping over his words every few seconds.
