Chapter 16

*So I had a dream about this chapter so had to quickly wake up and get it written down. Might be garbage so i apologize lol! Also it's a mild Lemon!

Shock was the only emotion you felt. He was here, of all places. Your hand reached out and touched his cheek before you even realized what was happening. He smirked grabbing your hand and kissed your palm.

"What are you doing here Itachi?" You asked.

"I've got something to do later and I need my cloak. Although it does look much better on you" he teased tugging at the collar. "Come with me, let's get you cleaned up and change those bandages" he extended his hand.

"I-I cant stand..." you looked down at the floor in embarrassment.

"That's okay" he stood and picked you up carrying you bridal style. "I've got you"

He carried you out of the small room and down a series of hallways until he arrived at another room. The inside was different from your room, it was larger. Books were stacked everywhere, along with candles and odd knickknacks. There on the nightstand were two pictures one of Itachi and a very young Sasuke and the other was of you.

He sat you down on the bed and stepped into the bathroom coming back with a large basin of water and a rag. Getting down on his knees, he took the rag and dipped it into the water. He wrung it out and gently started to wipe away the dirt from your calf and foot, he did each lower leg and then moved to your thighs.

"This next part might sting a bit." You braced yourself as he gently began to unwrap the bandages from each thigh. The pain was intense, he pulled you into a kiss catching you by surprise.

"What was that for?" You said blush covering your face.

"I needed to distract you. See I got the rest of the bandage off and you didnt even notice it" he smirked.

"I dont need distractions, I can handle the pain fine" you said trying to act tough. He started taking off the bandage on the other thigh, tears threatening to escape your eyes. He kissed you again, gently gliding his tongue along your lip asking to be let inside. You granted him access allowing him to deepen the kiss. It only lasted a few second and he pulled away having removed the bandage. He began to clean around the wound gently wiping away the blood and dirt.

"Do you trust me?" He looked up at you studying your expression. You gave a quick nod. "Good lay back" you laid back on the bed, he pulled a kunai from under the bed and cut the waistband of your skirt cutting it loose. He then cut the side of your underwear knowing he couldn't slide them down over your injured thighs. Blood immediately rushed to your face knowing you were laying there exposed in front of him.

"We dont have a medic here but we have this salve that will help to heal these wounds in 1-2 days. I've got to rub it on the wound though and it's going to hurt, I'm sorry." He stated. You gripped the sheets ready to endure the pain, but got a sudden rush of pleasure. He gently ran his hand against your sex causing you to gasp lightly. Propping up on your elbows you watched as he licked his fingers then guided them to your entrance. He plunged them inside causing a loud moan to escape your mouth, he simultaneously rubbed the salve on one thigh. He kept pumping his fingers in and out slowly letting the pleasure build. He began to apply the salve to the other thigh but you let out a small scream so he used his thumb to add pleasure. He could feel you starting to reach the edge, so he slowly slipped his fingers out.

"I need both hands to wrap the wounds again so hold on for me babe" he wrapped each thigh as quickly and gently as he could. "Rest for a minute and then we will do the top half"

Sitting up you looked him straight in the eye. "Why didnt you come back for me?"

*flashback/backstory*

Itachi had always been in your life, you were the same age after all. He was brilliant, always the best in class, and became the youngest Anbu member in history. The two of you had started dating a few months after your parents had died, he was the only light that helped the darkness that was consuming you. His work with the Anbu was dark and he would tell you about the missions even though he wasnt supposed to. Even with the dark things he was facing he was always gentle with you.

He was your rock, your first love, and your first lover. Your relationship wasnt known to the public, his family didnt like dating outside of the clan. He would often sneak out to see you, he always chose to climb into your bedroom window even though you now lived alone and he could just come through the front door.

The night of the massacre you sat by your window waiting for him to show up. He gently knocked at the window and you let him inside. He pulled you into a kiss holding you tightly. When he pulled away you could tell something was bothering him.

"What's wrong?" You cupped his cheeks in your hands. He let out a deep sigh. He guided you to the bed and sat you down.

"I've got a mission tomorrow that is going to change everything. I cant tell you the details of this one, and once you hear about it I'll understand if you hate me. I've also got to leave the village and I wont wont be welcomed back." His eyes were filled with tears.

"Then take me with you" you pleaded.

"I wish that I could. I'll come back for you though, I just need to be sure that where I'm going is safe. I got you something though." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small silver ring with a red jewel. "This is so you dont forget me. When I come back for you as long as I see you wearing this I'll know you still love me" he slid it onto your finger. He gave you one last long kiss and disappeared, leaving you to sit with this knowledge.

The next day news spread quickly of what had happened. All signs pointed to Itachi being the one who did this horrible deed. The rumor was that he hated his family so much that he snapped, you knew that wasnt true.

You wore that ring everyday, holding out hope that he would come back. You went back to the Academy and later joined team 7 and the rest is history.

*back to present*

" I did come back... I just couldn't take you with me yet. I knew I couldn't keep you safe yet. But I came back, every few months I came to check on both you and Sasuke" you could see the truth in his words. "I also see you dont wear the ring anymore" he said holding your hands in his.

Taking your hands from his you reached up unzipping your top. Hanging between your breasts on a long silver chain was the ring. "You mean this ring?"

He couldn't help but smile. He ran his finger along the chain. "Good to know you still love me" he said with a smirk. "You ready for me to finish cleaning your wounds" he asked. You took off your shirt the rest of the way letting him gaze upon your body. Taking the rag he started washing the rest of your body, taking his time observing every curve. He began to unwrap the bandage on your stomach causing intense pain. He picked you up spinning around and sitting you on his lap.

"I've got another idea on how to distract you from your pain" he had a slight blush. You could feel the bulge in his pants underneath you. He reached down releasing himself from his pants running it along your entrance. You adjusted yourself and slowly slid down onto his member biting you lip. He let out a low growl like sound. "Ride me" he said nibbling on your ear.
