Chapter 23

I started balling. I couldn't hold it in anymore. I'm pregnant and I forgot everything that has ever happened to me.

I ran upstairs looking for my bedroom. Once I found it I jumped in bed and covered myself with my covers.

"What are you doing?" Sammy asked. "Im safe here." I replied and curled into a ball.

He slowly walked over to me and pulled the covers off me. "Your safe with me." He whispered. I sniffled, "Can you tell me about you? Maybe I'll remember you."

Sammy explained how we used to be the best of friends, and we dated at one point. "Wow, I'm so surprised I don't remember you at all. You were a huge part of my life." I said after he finished.

Then he told me about Matt, highschool, Jack and anything I needed to know.

I picked up my phone and called Matt, he was going to come back. I told him I have a huge announcement.

The doorbell rang and I rushed down the stairs. "Hello Matt." I said letting him in. "Nice to see you beautiful." He answered. "Do you remember me?"

I just nodded my head no. "Oh okay, then what did you have to tell me?" He asked. "I'm pregnant, Jack raped me too many times." I said. Matt didn't respond, he just looked at me funny.

"Did you tell him ye-" Sammy asked walking in. Matt's expression had answered his question.

"Its okay if you want to leave me." I started. "I know you don't want a baby when your 17, I don't want it either, but I have to deal with it." I finished tears stinging my eyes.

"Are you going to keep the baby?" Matt asked. "Yes I think I will." I answered.

All of the sudden Matt picked me up and twirled me up in the air. "What are you doing?" I asked laughing.

"I have a kid!" Matt exclaimed. "I'm going to be a father!" "Your excited about that?" I asked as he put me down. "Of course baby." Matt answered as he pecked my lips.

"Just one problem with this." Sammy started. "Its not Matt's kid, Skyler. Its yours and Jack's."

My heart sank. "Oh yeah." I said looking at the floor. "Hey it's okay." Matt said rubbing my back. "No it's not. Jack won't do anything with my new kid and he's supposed to be the father. I don't want to have to raise my own kid alone." I sobbed.

"I will always be here for you Skyler. Whenever you need it." Matt answered. "Yeah me too." Sammy said as we had a group hug.

"Thank you so much for caring about me like this." I said smiling. "No problem." They both answered in unison and smiled.

S: hey Jack
J: hello
S:Care to tell me why I'm pregnant?
J: No
S:Please explain to me I'm quite interested.
J:It was a mistake
S:Oh I'm sure it was. Getting a girl that's not even your girlfriend pregnant.
J:It wasn't my fault, I used a condom every time.
S:Okay sure.
J: I'm not lying Skyler.
S:Your the father of this kid Jack.
J:no I'm not.
S:yes you are, if you didn't want a kid then why did you rape me in the first place?
J:Bye
S:Jack answer me.
Right now.
You are the father Jack. I don't care how many times I'm going to have to tell you, your the father. You need to just face the facts and deal with it like I'm doing. Bye.
