Chapter Forty: Dancing On The Edge
I woke curled in a tight tangle of sheets and duvet. It's like I had created my own little cocoon. I kinda felt like a burrito. I slowly cracked my eyes open to the soft light that hit the closed curtains. I faced the wall, as I laid all wrapped up, my arms pinned to my sides. I pulled them out, stretching them above my head, before turning over to look at Vic. Considering I was wrapped in the whole duvet, what was rest of the blanket only just covered the bottom half of Vic, leaving his torso and above completely bare. He lay on his front, his arms wrapped under him. Once my small admiration wore off, I realised he'd probably be cold, considering it was winter. I attempted to find where this cocoon started, thrashing around after a frantic search, my foot lightly hitting Vic's leg as I pulled the sheets from under my body. I heard a deep crackling hum erupt from Vic's throat. I lightly smiled as I threw the blanket over him as well. That earned another hum. He then turned his head on the pillow to face me instead. His cheek was all smooshed, causing his eye to crinkle. His hair was flying over the pillow. I saw his lips twitch slightly, before he started to turn the other way from me. It didn't take me long to realise what he was doing. He kept turning, but not moving as he wrapped himself up in the blankets like I was before, but pulling them all off me.
"Vic." I whined through giggles, as I tried to grasp any blanket I could. The blanket slipped off my body and Vic bundled it all away from me. The cold air bit at my naked body. Out of instinct, I wrapped my arms over my breasts. I glared at Vic, as he stared at me with a cheesy grin, from around all the blankets.
"Vic it's cold." I complained. He rolled his eyes, but his smirk never faltered. His eyes scanned over me.
"But I like it better like this, and it's payback too." I huffed, my glare intensifying.
"But I did it accidentally, you could have asked for blankets." He shrugged, hiding most of his face but his big brown eyes in the covers. As much as I tired to keep a mean demeanour, but my mood was impossible to bring down. I raised an eyebrow at him, before taking away my arms, watching his expression. My hair curling over my shoulder. I pulled myself into a sitting position. I then moved up to my knees, fully out of the blankets.
"Well, I do need to keep warm somehow, I am so very cold." I pouted, tilting my head to the side slightly. Those two brown eyes peeking had a smouldering fire. I then crawled across the bed, slowly draping myself over him, my hands on either side of his head, my legs now over either side of his waist. I leaned my head over him, my hair falling next to his face.
"Do you mind if I borrow you?" I laid myself more on him, even through the mass of blankets I could feel him. He didn't make a move as I laid my head on his chest, laying on top of him and the blankets completely naked. His hands slowly slid out from under the blankets, rubbing up and down my back. I softly hummed as his fingers caressed my skin. I made a scene of stretching, arching my hips to stretch my back legs, purposely rubbing on him.
"God damn you." He hissed at me, as I chuckled darkly. I lifted my head up, my lips pressed against his throat. I softly kissed, before sucking lightly, feeling Vic's hands tighten on my thighs. He abruptly sat up, his hands moving over my ass instead. The blanket still separated part of out body, but his bare chest was pressed to mind. I softly giggled, wiggling my fingers.
"Now, now, remember Jaime's home." He softly groaned in annoyance, before sighing.
"Well, we could be quiet." He softly growled, before tackling me onto my back, causing me to squeal and giggle. He held a hand over my mouth as I laughed into it. He held his other finger to his lips, making a shush sound.
"That isn't quiet." He whispered, his eyebrow raised. I eventually stifled my giggle, before lifting myself up slightly pressing my lips to his. The room was quiet apart from small ruffles of sheets, and an occasional sound of our lips breaking apart. I made a small annoyed sound, trying to move the blankets that were between us. Vic obliged by lifting himself up and pulling the blankets off his body, throwing them a little to the side. He about to move back onto me, before I simply raised an eyebrow, lightly shaking my head. He gave me a confused look, tilting his head slightly. I looked down at him, my eyebrow still raised. His confusion lifted, and he nodded, making a sound, as I pressed a fingers to my lips. He leaned over to the bedside table, opening the draw and pulled out a condom. He wiggled the packet like a proud child, and I gave him an extra enthusiastic thumbs up. Safe sex kids. Its always the way. He quietly climbed back on top of me, his arms on either side of my head. I lifted my legs over his waist, before he pushed in and a small sound erupted from my mouth. His hand clasped over my mouth, my eyes wide as I looked at him. He slowly took away his hand, and placed his lips on mine. I let out a shuddering sigh, my arms curling over his tense back. His hips rolled on mine and my nails dug into his back, causing a soft moan to release from his mouth. I shushed him with the tiniest giggle.
