A week had gone by since the whole thing with Sue had gone by. I had gotten glee back. Marley, Jake, Ryder, and Unique had come back. Now, I needed eight more and I could compete at the competitions. Sam and I had enough money, even from after paying to bring back the glee club to be able to rent a small apartment. Of course, said apartment was down the street from my mom's house, so of course, every night we had to go over there for dinner.

I had made a few calls to get everyone from our original glee club to come back. Quinn and Puck, Finn and Lexie, Santana and Scarlett, all of them. They came back. To help me.

It was around two-thirty, the time that Mr. Shue would normally be getting glee ready and we would all be staring at the clock until we could finally leave. I was setting a few things up, trying to make sure everything looked good before anyone showed up. It was my first day actually trying to set something up and be responsible.

"Did someone call for a rescue mission?"

I turned around, quickly, nearly knocking the entire pile of sheet music off the stand I had them sitting on. "Wow. I did not expect either of you to come...due to our...issues in our past." I smiled a little bit, as I stared at the two in front of me.

Everyone else had come back, but after everything that had happened between the four of us, I hardly doubted that they would come back. "You came. Surprisingly." I said smiling. They both nodded and walked a little bit more into the room. "Where is everyone else?"

I sighed. "I don't really know...I think Finn, Lexie, and Scarlett are somewhere around here. Nobody else has shown up yet, I think their planes are late, and Sam is at the Lima Bean getting me a coffee. Did you guys want anything? I can text him, tell him to pick you guys up something."

They both shook their heads. "So, what is going on here?" I asked, pointing to their clothes. "I mean, I know Quinn went to Yale but, Puck, what is going on with you?"

"Air Force."

"Air Force?"

He nodded. I just stared. I'm sorry, but who the hell goes from beating kids to a pulp to joining something to protect the country? Strange, but whatever. We all just stood there for a minute. In the quiet. Finally, Sam came back, along with Finn, Lexie, Scarlett, and Santana. "Wow. The last time we were all in the same room together was three years ago." I nodded.

"Those were some good times."

"So, A.J, when do the kids get here?"

The bell rang and I smirked. "Right about now." They all walked in and sat down. "Alright." I said smiling. I turned to the seven that sat behind me. "I need you guys to recruit some kids," I turned back to the other kids, "And then, we can get ready for sectionals."
