It had been a couple weeks since Lexie had announced that she was pregnant. Finn was driving me crazy about the whole thing. He made me help map out the extra bedroom for the baby's nursery. He made me mark the spots where all the furniture would go. He made me go shopping for the baby. It wasn't even developed for a whole month yet and he was already going crazy about it.

"She doesn't want the baby crib near the window...so maybe against this wall. And then the changing table over there."

"Alright, sit down." I told him. He just stared at me. "Sit." I pointed to the ground before sitting down myself. "What's wrong?" He put his head in his hands. "I'm...I'm not ready to raise another human being. Let alone two." I stared at him blankly. "Two? Twins?" He realized what he told me and looked up to the ceiling as he laid down on his back.

"Finn, that's amazing. Two, wow. That's a lot, are you sure?" He sighed. "Yeah. I kinda am. I'm ready for them. I'm ready to have kids. I mean, I've practically raised you." I scoffed. "Yeah, right. I will be a better parent then you ever will be, you know why?" He just stared at me. "They will be my kids, and they will be little versions of me and I am a complete and utter bitch."

He laughed. "But, I am happy for you. And I'm very excited that I get to have a little human being that can come to me for anything and that knows that they need to come to me if some other little booger picks on them." He chuckled. "What?"

"You know you just called a kid a booger, right?"

"Oh my god. I'm getting auntie brain. This isn't good. This isn't right. I'm not soft. I don't call kids boogers, I call them bitches. I swear to everything holy, Finn Christopher Hudson, if those children make me soft, I will make sure that you can have no more."

He smiled a little and stood up. "Come on, Lexie's gonna be home in a few and I want to make sure that this is done before she gets home." I sighed.

I picked up the painters tape and finished mapping out the room.
