I woke up to Tucker and Ainia violently shaking me. For some reason they thought it was necessary for two people to wake me up. I think what most annoyed me was that Ainia's expression was glee rather than concern, although I can't imagine what a concerned Ainia even looks like. She didn't even look troubled after Baihu got hit.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Oh you're awake!" Tucker cheered.

I sat up. "Awake? What do you mean? Why wouldn't I wake up?"

"I thought she took you out!"

"Huh? What are you talking abou—." I looked around me and noticed the scarred concrete. It was as if a war happened.

That's right. The fight with Eris happened.

"Oh. We were fighting, weren't we?"

"You didn't hit your head, did you?" He asked.

Not trusting how I felt, I checked, forgetting Miss Mya probably would've healed any physical wound regardless.

"Probably." I replied. "But my memories are fine...mostly."

"You sure?" He asked, eyeing me hesitantly.

I shot him a fake smile. "I'm fine, I promise."

"If you say so."

Clarissa and Mary ran over to me soon after. "How you feeling, Arthur?" Clarissa asked.

"Fine, I think?" I yawned. "A little tired, but fine."

Why am I so tired?

Your healing doesn't come free, you know, Miss Mya said.

It requires my energy?

Of course. Like how your body normally heals you over time. All I do is accelerate it.

Makes sense. Kind of annoying though.

Doesn't erase the fact that I feel dead though. I honestly want to lie back down for an eternity.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Wha—Why are you asking me?" Clarissa asked. "Didn't you beat her?"

"No...I don't think I did?"

Clarissa shook her head. "No, no, no. It had to be you. I saw chains come out and drag Eris to the ground."

That's right. Ória saved me. I guess I have to thank her later.

I could feel butterflies swirling up in my stomach as my anxiety shot up. I for sure don't want to see her again, but I know I need to.

"Speaking of Eris...is she okay?" I asked.

"Good question. We ran to you first to make sure you were okay." Clarissa said.

I quickly hopped to my feet, only to realize that not only was I feeling dizzy but my balance was slightly off, resulting in me nearly slipping and falling to the ground. Luckily Mary rushed to my side and saved me.

"Please take it easy Arthur." She advised.

I laughed. "My bad, I didn't know I was so off."

I took a few steps cautiously to test the waters. I was doing alright, but it wasn't enough to convince Mary to let me go until about halfway to Eris' unconscious body.

Up close, it was scary how flawless she looked. There wasn't a scratch on her, although her shirt did have dried blood on it.

I went to go wake her up but Mary and Clarissa stopped me.
