As usual, my shower didn't last very long. Although, it was longer due to my confusion about how the bathroom worked since the layout was different. After failing to figure it out Miss Mya stepped in and informed me that the area with the stool and the shower head is where I did the actual washing and the bathtub was purely for soaking.

She suggested that I ignore the bathtub entirely and just wash myself on the stool, which is what I did. It felt a little odd but strangely relaxing.

I walked out of the bathroom to see Eris passing me by wearing a purple kimono with cherry blossoms and a purple bow on her head.

"Oh Arthur! Anata wa watashi o kowagara seta!"

Somehow I don't believe it's worth asking Miss Mya what she said.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Butsudan for a quick prayer. Wanna come with?"

"Uhh, you sure? It's your private time with the goddesses, right?"

She smiled. "Iz fine, iz fine! Just come with me."

Well whatever, it's not like I have anything to do until Mary and Tucker finish their showers.

Once again I entered the prayer room, this time with its owner. She sat down in front of the butsudan in what I'd assume is the seiza position. I tried to replicate it only to realize I couldn't do it at all. She laughed at me and recommended me just to sit cross-legged. She closed her eyes and I copied.

"Dear Archìa and Telais, thank you for the blessing you sent my way yesterday. I love that you sent Arthur, Tucker, and Mary to fill the void of loneliness in my heart. Arthur is an over-thinker that is always trying to find ways to help those around him. Tucker is silly and playful, making it really fun to be around him. Mary is the most distant, but I don't think she's a bad person or anything. She's always looking after them like an older sister. I find it kind of admirable to be honest. Ahah, sorry I'm rambling on. All three seem like good natured people who may better me and I hope I can learn more about them as time passes. You also reminded me how big a world it is that we live in and the thousands of individuals that may be ignorant of your graces. Although I'm scared to venture away from my hometown, you taught me that I need to face my fears and to come out of my bubble. In the future I hope to go around the world and share words of your grace with people from all different cultures. Hopefully I'll be able to meet more nice people like Arthur, Mary, and Tucker too. I hope for a future where the world comes together to appreciate your holiness. I love both of you and ask for your assistance in the future. Amen."

"Amen," I said.

"Thank you for praying with me!" Eris said, as she zoomed over and clasped my hands.

"Uhh, no problem?" I responded nervously. "I'm surprised at how short it was. Is that how long it usually lasts?"

She let go of my hands and thought about it for a second. "Hmm, no. It usually lasts around an hour or two."

"Two hours?"

"Yup! But since I have guests I kept it short and sweet. After all, length isn't what's important, but the act of communicating to them."

"Ah, I see." I looked at Eris, who had a goofy grin on her face. It really is hard to tell just how old she is sometimes.

"Mary and Tucker should be done with their showers by now. Let's see how they're doing."

I nodded. "Right."

Upstairs, Tucker and Mary were both on the couch watching television, with Tucker making exaggerated comments about the scenes.
