Kyoko pov

*DING DONG BING BONG....this is the schools announcement it is officially 8pm*

I looked up from the desk hearing the schools announcement. I took a deep sigh, threw a jacket on myself and braided my hair.
I took my keys out from the nightstand and exited my room locking it behind me. I was walking in a hallway soon accompanied by Naegi himself. He was talking about some dream he had but at the moment I didn't really care nor did I listen. Time to time I made a nod or a small 'mhm' so at least he thinks I was listening to him.

We soon entered cafeteria and sat down at the table. We were one of the first ones, at the table were Asahina, Sakura, Celestia, Ishimaru, me and Naegi. After some time in the cafeteria came Yasuhiro and Hifumi and they were followed by Toko and Byakuya.
I silently counted everyone and one of us was missing (Y/N), for a fact I know she is never late and never oversleeps. "hey wheres (Y/N)?" And the question was asked by Makoto himself "W-who c-cares anyway, s-she can be dead for a-all I care?" Toko said, that made my blood boil for some reason.

I stood up "don't worry I'm going to check" Naegi looked at me and nodded. I re-entered the dorms scanning the pictures and to find (Y/N)'s. After some time I found it. I stepped closer to the door and Ringed the bell, then waited...but she didn't came to open it. So I did the logical thing and ringed again, nothing. I tried again, nothing again "(Y/N) are you in there?".
This time I knocked on the door instead and as a miracle a very tired and messy looking (Y/N) opened the door "y-yeah?" She asked "Are you felling alright, you didn't came to the dining hall?" I stepped into her room and she sat on the bed, soon I joined her myself "n-no not really". I took off my glove, I trusted (Y/N) with my secret so shes okay, I put it on her forehead 'yep she defiantly has a fever...'. (Y/N) then rubbed her eyes yawning "go lay down, I'm going to bring you some soup and medicine to cure you up. Does that sound good?" I raised my eyebrows looking at her, she nodded and probably drifted off to sleep. I took her keys from the nightstand and went to tell the others.

I made it back to cafeteria telling other that she is sick. Of course they were relieved that nobody died and wished (Y/N) a quick recovery. Sakura said that she will made some chicken soup (or just change if ya don like that) and Asahina would help. In the mean time I grabbed from the kitchen a bowl, went to the pool to grab a small towel and went to the Infirmary to get som cold medicine.
I went back to her room and placed everything on the ground, I went to her bathroom and filled the bowl with cold water. After that I wetted the towel and put it on her forehead and even in her sleep she relaxed felling better I assume.

Soon enough I heard a knock on the door. I went up to it and opened it. Outside were Sakura and Aoi with soup and water "you could ring a bell, it would be easier" I said "well Sakura wanted but (Y/N) is sick. We need to keep volume at minimum at least right?" Asahina said with cheerful smile. I nodded and took the soup and the glass of water, thanked them and then they closed the door.

I went to the bed and shook (Y/N) "wake up. You need your medicine and soup" her eyes fluttered open and I felt my cheeks get warm, but just a little bit. She sat up and rubbed her eyes "you fell any better at least?" I asked taking the medicine and handing it to her "I-I mean...sleep helped a little. But still...'m not very well hehe" she smiled and gulped down the medicine. I grabbed the soup and handed it to her to eat.
"Do you need anything else?" I asked when she finished her soup "n-no but..." She looked away "can y-you stay here...pl-please?" She asked and looked up "yes of course, no problem" her eyes sparkled and she smiled "for now get some more rest. I'll be right back" (Y/N) nodded and snuggled back into the covers.

I took the dirty dishes back to the kitchen and made it to the library. I'm going to grab a book so at least I wont get bored while staying there. I went in and took a love novel, pretty rare for me to read that but...I think I need to find out my feelings just a little.
After grabbing a random novel I made it back to the room. In the hallway I remembered something "Monokuma!" I shouted "upupupupu what do you want twerp?!" That...didn't amuse me "can you turn the announcements in (Y/N)'s room quieter...she is sick after all?" I politely asked "yeah yeah I will...as much as I like to see other suffer I know being sick is a pain" he waved his paw at me disappearing right after. I smiled and entered her room.

-time skip by beta Mondo's hair-

I was sitting in a chair reading the novel quietly when the announcement came. It was quieter and I smiled at that "hah you can smile...I can get that off my list now" I looked at the voice to fund (Y/N) with satisfied grin on her face "I get that you are felling better then?" and I still didn't drop my smile "yup. Much better, still not in top shape tho" I stood up and took a glass of water handing it to her. She drank the water "can you stay here, please?" I nodded and sat on the bed. But for some reason
(Y/N) went and made more space "here" she pointed at the spot near her.
I rolled my eyes and took off my jacket, shoes and undid my braid, then laid down beside her. She snuggled into my side and fell asleep 'maybe I do love her' Satisfied with my last decision my eyes closed and sleep caught me as well.
