Kiibo pov

I was walking down the sidewalk trying to get to the dorms as quick as possible. My battery is running low and that is not good. If my batter runs at low pace my functions intend to not work as they are suppose to and thats what I fear. But let me explain how a normal person would. Its like getting drunk and another mind takes over, so its dangerous cause later I cannot run trough my memory cord to remind myself what I did.
But its kinda my fault as well, I didn't charge well last night cause the power was out. I was stupid I had a portable charger and I didn't charge so here we are now.
Today Miu had to drag me down the mall cause there was some dresses she wanted to try, only to what she said 'it wont take long' turned into a whole day visiting different shops and malls. She is still at the mall but I snuck out and thats why I'm walking alone.

My mind was getting blurry 'please wait until I get to the dorms' I pleaded to myself. Until my mind just went black...

Shuichi pov

I just exited the schools library. I had to study for our next test that comes next week. I know I'm probably overdramatic about studying this early, but I have a reason...no actually I don't have a reason. I wanted to study with Kiibo but he was not here. I asked Kaede and she told me he was at the mall with Miu.

I was about to go to the dorms when I saw Kiibo talking...to the vending machines 'doesn't he hate those?' I question and decided to investigate. I approached Kiibo and took a good look at him. He was arguing about toast, but why? I inspected him and saw that his buttons were glowing orange and his eyes were not as shiny...I blushed at that but quickly shrugged it off.
"Hey Kiibo" I tried to get his attention witch surprisingly worked "oh heeeeeeey Shuiiiiiiichiiiiii" he slurred out 'is he drunk or something' not that cant be He cant drink any liquid what so ever "are you felling well?" I asked while getting closer to him "oh yeeeah 'm fiiiine" well hes clearly not. Maybe hes uncharged? I mean the power went out in the middle-thats gotta be it. Maybe he just needs to be charged.

I lit up at the idea and held Kiibo by the waist to support him "lets go to the dorm yeah" he nodded and giggled.

Kiibo was talking nonsense all the way back. I was pretending to listen by adding small 'yeah' or hummed until "I have feeeeeeelings for you" It startled me but, but quickly I remembered the situation 'hes not in his mind. He doesn't mean it' but in reality I wish he did.

I dropped Kiibo by his dorm and put him on the charger then swiftly left to get some rest. It was kinda late after all. But the same 5 words kept reappearing in my kind 'I have feelings for you' what did he mean. And with that in mind I fell asleep...

3rd pov

Both Shuichi and Kiibo woke up next day acting normal. The days went by and everything was normal, until Kiibo realized that Shuichi wasn't there anymore. Well he was but it was distant, he didn't talk as often and didn't ask him anything. Kiibo was bothered by that and was wondering 'what did he do wrong?'

But something bothered Shuichi at that time, why was Kiibo acting like nothing happened. You see at night Shuichi soon realized that he wont sleep and started thinking about it, because he has feelings for Kiibo too and it confuses him that much more.
But there is one thing Shuichi doesn't know, that Kiibo doesn't remember what happened that day. Shuichi distanced himself from Kiibo, but he didn't meant to. It just happened, he was so in his mind about this that didn't realize...he did something wrong.

Kiibo pov

'Whats wrong with Shuichi those days?' I was wondering that cause for a past two week he was acting strange and more closed to everyone. And it kinda hurts to see him like this again.

So today I decided that I will make things right again. It was probably something I did, ever since that day that I do not remember he was acting like this and it will stop today.
With this new determination I exited my dorm to search for the fellow detective. Witch soon became to be a lot harder job that intended...

Kiibo pov

Soon enough I was searching the outside of the school. And my battery was running low again. I was at the garden when I saw a black figure sitting there alone and I could recognize this black hat anywhere...I found Shuichi.
I would swallow the limp in my throat if I had one and slowly approached Shuichi.

"Shuichi?" He looked up startled and wanted to leave but I grabbed his wrist "why are you acting like this?!" He froze. Then a small sob escaped his lips "I want to be with you too, b-but Kiibs I-I-"...

3rd pov

At those words said Kiibos eyes widen. Shuichi stood there crying silently until...Kiibo hugged Shuichi and started to apologize for everything he did. Even if he didn't know what exactly, but soon enough while all the apologize flew he figured it out.

Both males sat down by the tree. Shuichi sniffed "its okay Kiibo. I-its not your fault. And what you said isn't really the problem" Shuichi shifted in his position "Cause I love you too Kiibo" Shuichi whispered and blushed blushed while prepared to run away if needed "Shuichi..." Kiibo started, he took a deep sigh

"ever since that day I did not know what was wrong. I beat myself to it and I did it the wrong way. I should have realized as a friend that something was wrong but didn't...I'm sorry for that action but...

Shuichi Saihara I love you as much as the universe expands. I ask you will you be my boyfriend?"

Shuichi had tears in his eyes again, they were not sad but happy tears. He nodded and flung himself at Kiibo giving him a big hug "yes" he whispered. Soon They detached and shared a kiss. Both of them laid at the tree hiving kisses in between while enjoying the moment.

In the end everything turned out perfectly fine. And fate untied two souls yet again.
