It was Groundhog Day a couple days ago and when I heard that we had six more weeks of winter the first thing I said was, "Dammit Phil! You had one job!"

Anyway enjoy the chapter!

Peter's POV

"Is this the kid?" Tony asked, surveying Flash's messed up nose.

I hummed in confirmation.

"T-Tony Stark," The principal stuttered and stood up.

"The one and only," He answered. "What happened?"

"We have to wait for Flash's parents to arrive before we can explain and set a proper punishment," One of the teachers responded for the principal because he was too busy freaking out.

Tony pulled up a chair and sat down. He looked at me and he seemed like he was about to say something until he spotted the bird.

"Why do you have a bird?" Tony asked.

I blanched.

Mayday! Abort mission! You've been spotted! My thoughts screamed.

Chill. Was the response I got.

Loki! I yelled indignantly. My brain worked frantically trying to figure out what to do.

Well we've been discovered. I might as well go back to myself. Besides it's cramped in this small vessel.

"Wait! No-!" I cried.

But it was too late. Loki flew off my shoulder and transformed. I groaned and pulled my shirt over my face. I could only imagine the expressions of the people in the room.

"What. The. Fuck," Tony said. "You took Loki to school?"

"It was going to be boring. Of course I took Loki," I mumbled into the fabric.

I got poked.

"Shirt town is closed for business," I said swatting a hand away. I knew it was Loki. "This is what you get for doing this twice in a day."

"Doing what?" Loki asked.

I heard the amusement in his voice. "You know what."

I heard the principals door squeak open and the sharp clip of heels as someone came into the room.

"I hope this was worth the trip," A woman's voice said.

I peeked out of my shirt and dropped it in surprise. I prayed she wouldn't recognize my face and kept my head down. She glanced at me, but nothing registered on her face so I breathed a sigh of relief and assumed she didn't notice who I was. Tony tilted his head with a questioning look. I avoided his eyes.

The principal cleared his throat and straitened his tie. "You two were called here today because your," He paused and glanced at Tony. "Sons? Were caught fighting in the middle of the hallway."

Tony raised an eyebrow, but didn't bother correcting him. The woman bent down and examined Flash's face.

She clicked her tongue. "Flash what have I told you?"

He looked guilty. "No fighting unless I can win."

"So how do you explain this?"

"Look I didn't start it so-"

"Do not make up excuses!" She scolded. "What happened?"

"He attacked me after school!" Flash said. "I wasn't doing anything!"

I instantly got defensive. I saw Loki's angry expression in the corner of my eye. Before I could defend myself the principal spoke up.

"Peter you know that this is unacceptable behavior. There is zero tolerance for fighting and you are here by suspended until further notice."

"Are you kidding me?!" I yelled getting out of my chair. "You didn't even hear my side of the story. He's lying!"

"Mr. Parker sit down before I expel you."

"No!" I shouted planting my palms on the wooden desk. "He attacked me after school! I was defending myself because I wasn't about to get beaten half to death like all those other times! Flash has been nearly killing me almost every single day after school, during school, before school, whenever he gets a fucking chance! Check your cameras for once and you'll see that I'm telling the truth! I have had nightmares and panic attacks every single night since middle school because of Flash!"

I didn't realize I was crying until someone put their hand on my shoulder. I took my hands off of the desk and cradled my now throbbing burn. The pain in my hand reminded my almost healed ribs to start hurting too.

"Excuse me," I mumbled, avoiding looking at anyone.

I shrugged off the hand and left the office as more tears slid down my face. I squared my shoulders and marched down the still crowded hallways.

I didn't bother wiping my face and glared at anyone who stopped and stared at me. I walked out the front doors and left school.

I didn't care if I was suspended. I was too angry to think straight. I knew that I didn't want to go back to the tower because that would be first place they would look. An idea popped into my head.

Sister Marget's. I could use a drink anyway.

I looked down at the ratty green shirt and bloodstained pink onesie. I needed a change of clothes first. I began walking down the bustling streets of New York and decided to rendezvous at Wade's apartment to raid his closet.

A lot of walking and avoiding people's stares later, I stood in front of Wade's apartment building. I took a deep breath and walked in. I climbed the dirty stairs with a lot of panting, too worked up to even think about standing still in a moldy confined elevator.

I reached the door with the numbers sixty-nine screwed into the wood and knocked lightly. I hoped that Wade was out doing mercenary jobs or bothering the Avengers because I really didn't want to have to explain why I was here. After no one answered in thirty seconds I decided he wasn't home. I looked around and spotted a bobby pin laying near the wall of the hallway.

I grimaced and picked it up wondering if it was even remotely clean. I quickly picked the lock and swung open the door. I flung the bobby pin behind me. I walked in with and made a beeline for Wade's room.

I scanned the area and was able to breathe easier when I determined that the room was empty. I threw open the closet doors and started rooting through his stuff. I found lots of clothes, guns, and ammunition but it took me awhile to find clothing that actually fit me.

I glanced at my reflection in the full length mirror as I was getting ready to go. A black leather jacket over a random T-shirt rested on my shoulders and a pair of ripped jeans covered my legs. My face was tear-streaked and my eyes were red and puffy. I gave my reflection a glare and turned away.

As a last thought, I took a small amount of cash that was laying around and a fully loaded gun. I put both in the jacket pockets. I left a little note where the money was sitting.

It's Peter. I took some money, a change of clothes, and a gun. I'm going drinking. Don't come find me unless you want your head blown out. Promise I'll pay you back. Thanks <3

I looked around at the mess I made and left without a second thought. I slid open the bedroom window and jumped out, refusing to hike down all those stairs. I stuck to a brick wall on the opposite side and walked down to the pavement. Then I made my way to  the bar.
