Driving home, I realize that I'm not mad at Emily. I mean I'm mad at her, but it wasn't her fault. It was Alison's.
That bitch is still selfish. She can't even tell her best friends that she's alive. Why couldn't she have just died and burned in hell?
Walking up the steps to my house, I see Caleb waiting there. A small smile slides across my face as I reach him.
"Hey," he said standing up.
"Hey. You wanna come in?"
"Of course."
We walked inside to the kitchen and I made us some cocoa.
"Hope you like it," I said handing him his cup while sitting next to him at the table.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah. Fine. Why?"
"Because you don't seem fine. You seem pretty pissed actually," he said grabbing my hand.
"I found something out that I wasn't ready for."
"Do you-"
Before he could finish his sentence I kissed him and he kissed back pulling me closer to him.
"What was that for?" He asked as I pulled away.
"No reason. Just... I'm confused."
"About what?"
"I mean you like me, don't you?"
"Yeah."
"So what are we? I mean I just don't want to be reci-"
He kissed me to shut me up and it worked.
"Hanna Marin," Caleb started sitting up.
"Yes?"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yeah."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah," I nodded and kissed him again.
The next day Caleb and I were with each other the entire day. We had such a good time it was like a dream.
"So, Hanna. Will you go to dinner with me?" Caleb asked as we stood in front of a BBQ restaurant.
"Well, of course."
