They forgave me, I can't believe it. I don't know why I'm so excited about it, but I'm glad we're all friends again.
"Em, how are things with you and Ali," Spencer asked.
"They were going good, before I got a text from --A," I responded looking at my hands.
"What did it say?" Hanna asked.
"That's not important," Spencer said knowing I was uncomfortable with the situation.
"You don't have to answer this, but has Ali changed?" Hanna asked.
"Towards me, yes. In a positive way I mean. She's pissed at you guys for something."
"She just hates us," Spencer said.
Just as I was about to deny that, my phone went off and it was Ali.
"I'll be right back," I said answering it.
"Wait," Hanna whispered. "Put her on speaker."
I nodded my head as a reply.
"Hey Ali," I said putting the phone on speaker.
"Em, where are you? I thought you said you would be home by now."
"I'm actually gonna stay over at Spencer's. Something happened."
"I'll be over in a minute to-"
"No don't! I mean, she's kinda mad at you. Besides me and Hanna will be with her."
"Oh, okay. When will you be home tomorrow?" She asked.
"I don't know, sometime in the morning."
"Okay, see you then."
We hung up, and the three of us laughed. It sounded like a very awkward conversation.
"I'm so sorry about not telling you guys about Al-"
"Em, don't. Not your fault. We shouldn't have treated you like that," Spencer said. "So, the three of us having a sleepover?"
"It's what I said right?"
"Right," they laughed.
