We couldn't move. If we tried, the rope dug deeper into our skin. Cece stood a few feet away from us, looking freaked out. Which is truly surprising, you know for someone who kidnapped all of us.

Ezra was moving against the ropes harshly, as Toby didn't move a muscle. He was just staring at the bomb. I, on the other hand, was moving slowly and as discretely as I could to get out of these ropes.

Cece was about to move when her phone went off. She looked down at it and a tear escaped her eye, but she left the room too quick to be sure. A timer began counting down on the bombs and we had about 24 hours before they went off.

That's when we all jumped into action, trying to move as much as possible, trying to escape from these bonds.

The ropes were tied so tight, I'm surprised that one of didn't start bleeding from them. After moving my hands for a certain amount of time, I felt the burns even more and the rope loosen a little bit.

I continued until the rope was finally off and my hands were free. Toby was right behind me, but Ezra wasn't, so we untied him and all ran out of the room to be stopped by a door, which was locked from the outside, so we couldn't get out.

"Dammit!" I yelled kicking the door.

"Caleb, calm down. We can figure a way out of this," Toby said.

"Hey, guys, come here," Ezra said calling us back into the other room.

We looked down at the bombs and saw about an hour less than what it was at two seconds ago.

"Every time we try to escape, it takes time off of the bomb," Ezra explained. "So, we could die earlier than Cece planned."

"Well, we can't just sit here like sitting ducks," I replied angry.

"We'll find another way out while Ezra tries to dismantle the bomb, got it?" Toby said causing me and Ezra to nod.

Let's see if we can make it out alive or not.
