Pretty Little Liars

Emily POV

Spencer's in the hospital. This is surreal. What has happened to us? We all are going freakin insane, but Spencer. Everything is so much harder on her.

"Hey, where's Toby?" I asked.

"I don't know, you should call him though," Aria said and I nodded.

I stepped out of the room and dialed his number.

"Hello?" He said.

"Toby, it's me."

"What's up?"

"Spencer's in the hospital. Toby, I don't know what's going on with you two, but Spencer really needs you right now."

"Trust me, she doesn't want to see me."

"Did you not here what I said? She's in the hospital. Come now," I said then hung up.

As I walked back into the room, Spencer is still asleep and the girls are just sitting by her bed. I never noticed that Ali came, but she was sitting next to Hanna.

No one says anything, but just sits and watches. We all are so scared, scared for our lives. For Spencer's.

Alison and I went to find a vending machine or something for food for everyone. We were quiet the entire time.

"Hey, are you like mad at me or something?" Ali asked.

"No, why would I be?" I asked buying some snacks.

"I don't know. You tell me."

"Ali, I'm not mad at you. I'm fine, I'm just really worried about Spencer," I said facing her.

"Well it's her fault for being here."

"What?"

"She put herself here. She knew what she was doing and this is the result," Ali said in a calm tone.

"How can you say that? After everything we've all been through because of you. You, Alison. We all protected you, forgave you for all the crap we went through. And you're back to being a bitch."

"Emily-"

"You should go. I really don't think Spencer needs you when she wakes up."

"Emily. What-"

"I thought you said she put herself here, that it was her fault. But guess what, you're wrong. And you're not her friend," I said then grabbed the snacks walking back to Spencer's room.

On the way, I see Toby and he walks up to me nervously. We hug immediately each of us silently crying.

When we finished, we pulled away and I led him to Spencer's room. She was still asleep and Aria was too. I passed Hanna a snack and sat next to her as Toby brought another chair and held Spencer's other hand.

Everything's a mess now. Nothing is going well. And this will be the end of us.
