Spencer POV

After school, I headed towards my locker and grabbed my things. I quickly took the letter out and read it. Little did I know that reading it was a mistake.

Having fun with Toby? Well guess what! He's going to leave you, like he leaves everybody. Good luck with him.

"Hey," Toby said coming up behind me, making me jump.

"Oh, hey," I said putting the letter in bag trying to ignore this --A person. "Ready to go?"

"Almost. I just need to take Jenna home. How about I meet you there?" he asked as we walked towards the double doors at the school.

"Uh, yeah. See you there."

"Bye."

"Bye."

I walked to my car and got in throwing my purse to the other side of the car. I slammed my door shut, but instead of driving straight away I slam my hands on the car and cried.

I don't know who --A is, but he or she really got to me. Never did I think that something like this would happen.

A few minutes, after calming down I drove to the grill and sat a table, waiting for Toby to arrive. I see him walk in, but with some other girl. I felt my heart break into a million pieces when he kissed her.

I ran out and into my car. After getting in, I drive home quickly. I couldn't see anyone in my family right now. Knowing my parents, they would kill Toby. Not because he hurt my feelings, but because he goes to my school.

Getting to my room, I close my door and lock it. Throwing my stuff to the floor I jump on my bed and cry. I didn't stop for what felt like hours, but was only twenty minutes.

I give up trying to get over Toby and got to the bathroom to wash my face. I heard my phone go off, when I saw it was Toby I ignored it and started my homework.

For about the next hour or so, my phone keeps going off. When I saw my mom calling, I reluctantly answered.

Mom: Spencer, honey, come get dinner. You can eat in your room if you want.

Spencer: Okay, on my way down.

When we ended, I thought about my relationship with my parents, I realized that it was awful. The fact that she has to call in order to have me for dinner was sad.

As soon as I got downstairs, I immediately started back up, when I saw the person I've been avoiding all day.

"Spencer. Toby, here brought the family dinner. Isn't that sweet?" my mom asked me leaving the room with her plate.

Soon, the rest of my family left to their rooms also, leaving me and Toby alone. I grabbed something and walked off when Toby grabbed my arm and spun me around.

"Did I do something? Cause when you weren't at the grill, I was beginning to think you were ditching me," he said.

"Why don't you ask your girlfriend? Because I saw you there with her. I have a feeling you saw me run out. Is buying my family dinner a way of apologizing?" I asked putting my food on the counter.

"You weren't supposed, to see her," Toby said looking away.

"Why? You wanted to cheat? You know what. How about you stop bribing my family and leave all of us alone?" I say walking away and to my room.

When I got to the top of the stairs, I see my sister and she immediately hugs me, while I cry in her arms.

After a few minutes, we went to my room and she just stayed quiet, while I cried my eyes out. A little while after that I fell asleep in her arms with tear stains on my cheeks.
