One Report

Folks this is my report from Atalanta first murder we found. Ya know me an Norm, looks ta be the second set a murders this one done. Just thought ya need ta read that , ta see just how bad it was. So the gruesome details folks. Sorry it is graphic an not normal.

Body Female, age can not be determined, she is possibly in her teens. She was found on her right side like she was sleepin. No sign of predators, at the body, considerin this location is fairly wooded an away from the city.

I'd say the body could not a been here more than three hours at best. She was found, not more than ten feet from the marker, where the treaty was signed ta end hostilities between Carolina, Georgia an Bama.

Condition of the body.

1) she appears ta a been in decent health, not over skinny or fat. No marks of abuse from the pass.

2) a few older scares on the knee, that have been healed fer years. Normal life happen I'd say. Those were on the left knee.

3) the hair is long, I'd call it a blonde color. Earring on her right ear. Star shaped looks ta be silver, small white piece in the center.

Note, this killer didn't care about jewelry, of course it looks of little value. I don't think theft was involved.

4) her faced was skinned off, removed left eye. By skinned I mean, like pullin the hide off an animal.

5) both breasts were skinned, the part that formed the breast was intact.

6) the rest of body, appears untouched except fer a cut shaped like a upside down Y on her stomach. Not deep just a fine cut in the skin. From the belly button ta the nether region.

Note, what was this odd cut fer? Why would ya do it?

7) cause a death unlessin he suffocated her, or done his deed while she was alive. No sign a death, real sign a death, like slit throat or wrists. Gun shot knife stabbin like a normal murder.

8) clothes are folded neatly shoes with thum, next ta the body. Clothes appear ta be, in fair shape. Probably not from wealth, yet not lower class. I'd say maybe she is from farmin family or someone with a trade. Not the average day laborer or homeless person.

9) I missed one thin, part her right little finger is gone. Last joint ta the tip is gone.

Note, clothes folded next ta her, layin on her side. Like she was sleepin. Did this fella think she would wake up? Is it some kinda after death ritual this one does. Some kinda religious belief? Why skin the face an breasts take part that finger, an a eye? The cut in the stomach, did he stop at what his next devious idea was? Maybe time or not sure of himself on what he wanted ta do?

Folks I did not do a diagram of the site, those would a been done by the City Rangers since they were called in.

I would have ta make three copies of my report, one fer the city an one fer Ranger Command, then one I must keep fer two years. After two years they figure it can't be solved. Ranger Command and the city must keep all murder records fer up ta ten years.

Folks, what follows is my report on the house, an what I saw inside. The other part, remember we agreed ta keep that out, with that young lady an her husband.

Report on the vacant house, just east a Treaty Knoll.

The house is vacant appears ta a been vacant at least a year, maybe two at most.

The parlor was clear no furniture left, the kitchen dinnin room. Was where the death must of occurred.

1) The smaller table had jars, filled with a solution.  Those
Jars had body parts in thum.

2) one jar had a blue eye, one had a little finger in it. They was three more, those had what looked like the insides of a person.

3) the larger table, had rope attached ta it, like ta tie someone down. It was covered in blood, some was still wet. The floor an ceilin, plus the walls had blood on thum.

4) the location, gave plenty of privacy. No other houses fer miles. Treaty knoll is a good distance away.

Note, the way it looks, he may a skinned this poor girl alive.

The blood is dry in some places, but still wet in others. That means the murder, wasn't that long ago. He may still be near by. Why store the parts in jars? Has ta be comin back fer those.

Folks that is about all I wrote down on the house. Lookin back on those notes. Think they may been another murder in Atlanta, one not found. That girl only had an eye an finger removed. They was looked like insides of a person in those jars. How did I even Norm miss that?
The City Ranger report at Command doesn't even mention it! Were we all that shocked?

Folks I got sick, even Norm did. Wasn't there when the City Rangers did their investigation. That was late evenin by the time they arrived, I fetched thum fer Norm he waited. I stayed in Atlanta proper.

Piss an vinegar!  I missed a clue! Now gots three murders couldn't do a thin about! Couldn't brin an end fer the families those young girls. Let thum rest easy, ya know the dead.
